- Tucked high up within the stunning mountain range of the Cairngorms in Aviemore lies this abandoned farmhouse containing original furniture and items left behind since 1996.
To whom it may concern: We do not break an entry. Should we be unable to gain access through means of getting through an already open space, we walk away. We take nothing but footage and leave nothing but footprints. We are storytellers portraying the tale of an abandoned place, some locations depicting a sad one which may leave some viewers passionate or disgruntled. We mean no disrespect to the locations we visit or the people once connected to them.
We enter derelict structures at our own risk. Civil trespass, also known as "simple trespass", is not a criminal offence in Scotland. Police get involved if there's a possibility that an offence has been committed such as refusal to leave (breach of the peace), fire, physical damage or theft etc all of which we avoid as that isn't our intention. Speaking of which, we are of course not responsible for those who get into bother by visiting any of the places we've been to nor do we encourage it.
In the event that anyone posts negative, close-minded or ridiculous comments, they wont be approved and you will be blocked from future commenting, so don't be a dick and waste your time.

Thanks guys - fascinating on so many levels - 1, the history discovered , 2, how decay and rot progress 3, I would be well scared of vermin - but - beautiful rubbers !
For me , heavy duty rubber boots and other gear would be a bonus - but thanks guys !!!

This is probably my favourite urbex place I've come across so far! Looks like I was there just a few weeks before you! Did you have a look around the other two buildings there too?
We had a quick nosey but looked too dangerous and not much to them to venture inside them. :)
@@DeviantDiscoveries there wasn't too much, the workshop was pretty cool and some interesting documents in the other house. I will have to go back and check out that second floor next time I'm down that way (:
Always surprising how people take care to keep the doors locked and inoperable but leave a way to enter in the house by some window. Getting in must have been challenging for you with your awesome rubber suits but it was worse and well done 👍✌

Haha, shiny rubber man holding a bottle of Mr Sheen. Fascinating and sad in equal measure how someone's home can deteriorate in such a way, especially when see personal affects. Did you feel tempted to play a tune on the piano? Great shiny rubber gear you were both wearing. The positions you were standing in at times showed off your physiques really well!
I tried to play the piano but it was totally screwed. Didn't play a note sadly. But yea the Mr. Sheen bottle was funny lol. There's actually a couple of innuendoes in this video if you look carefully. haha.

The house has been abandoned for awhile but someone still owns the land used to be Mackenzie farm sadly the land owner only let the family keep a small part and has left the house so the land can be built on again

@@DeviantDiscoveries I only went a few years before you so most of them are very similar to what you have I went for a school photography project but some of them got lost in my old computer :)

haha I was more worried about tearing my leg open let alone what we were wearing. One day they'll just leave the door open. This climbing through windows is just so inconvenient! hahaha But no not torn anything.... yet...

hello you two: your "abandoned places" are fascinating and sad at the same time. but you will find really unbelievably interesting locations. but what is the hottest thing: your clothes, your shiny skinny parts. it's absolutely great. by the way: it's same clothes, wich i wear every day and every night.

We could have put overalls on and protected it altogether but that would have defeated the point in wearing it lol. However, there's no denying we have to wear waders or more likely wellies just to get to some of the places we venture to in this country lol.
I would be worried to rip a suit or something. I thought you were using the suits as a "no fingerprints" kind of espionnage gig at first.
