This is THE VIDEO to watch for this particular thermostat! Thank you for this!
Thanks so much. I hope it helped.
Thank you for the video. I learned a couple of things. So we are spending our first weekend in our travel trailer. Our Dometic thermostat only displayed low or high for the fan. No auto. It just didn’t appear. Your video got me thinking. In the fan mode I pressed the up and down button together and the Auto appeared. I have no idea why it only gave me the high and low options but now I have auto. Mrs. Gnome is happy. I’m happy. We’re happy campers. Thank you. You earned yourself another subscriber.
I am so glad it helped. Good idea pressing both buttons, I had not heard of that to get to AUTO. I will remember that in case someone asks. Enjoy your travel trailer and thank you for taking the time to comment.
I have watched all the othe videos and this one is the best by far. Thank you for the info.
Thanks so much for the great comment. I'm glad you found it helpful. Thank you for watching and happy travels.
Great video I was looking to replace the thermostat because the differential was too much and you helped me fix it in seconds! Thank you.
Glad I could help! They are always set differential at 2 degrees at factory. Changing it to 1 degree makes the RV so much more comfortable.
Thanks for this. I couldn’t find a manual for my furnace/AC thermostat. This is very helpful!
I'm glad it helped. Thanks for taking time to comment.
Great video. To the point, simple and accurate. Thank you!
Hi Jack, Thanks for watching!
Your video was tremendous and just saved me some money. Didn’t have manual so this was great! THANKS!!!!!
Hi Bob, You're welcome!
After 2 years of drive me crazy and in the shop. Didn't know how fan worked. Embarrassed 😳 and relieved. Thank you from the ❤. I have 2 zones so I will see if you have a video for that. Thank you again.
Hi Melissa, Glad it helped. Thank you for watching.
Bless you! Bless you! I was headed to a RV store today cause I had to turn on the heat and the dang fan was running. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
Hi Kyle, You're welcome. Happy camping.
Thanks for this - especially the info regarding the differential adjustment.
Your welcome hoped it helped.
Thank you so much !! As new to the RV world, there's alot we don't know!
Glad it helped. You will be a RV pro in no time. Welcome.
Thank you for the tutorial!
quick and easy instructions which is just what I needed. thanks
Great to hear!
Hey Lou, Great video easy to understand and right to the point. The exact opposite of our videos lol. It's amazing how many functions this enables you to do with just three buttons. I really like that you can change the differential. I'll have to look up and see if our Coleman allows us to do that as well. We learned in class last week that when these 2 digit Dometic thermostats first came out they had a bug in them where if the temperature would rise above 99 they would shut down the controls and people would have to put a pack of frozen peas or a bag of ice on the the thermostat to bring the temp down enough to make it function again lol. Take care, safe travels and we hope to run into you on the road someday.
Moving Forward Thanks for watching Kenny. It is something about all the functions it offers but no one ever explains them. I could just imagine an rv tech telling someone to put a bag of frozen peas on it to get it to work lol. Priceless. Thanks to both of you for your support. Stay safe, Lou
THANKS!!! This is exactly what I needed. AC just stays on all of a sudden. I set the fan to low and temp to 73 and compressor seems to shut down at temp. Maybe something wrong with the Au setting but the d1-d2 instruction is a plus. Thanks.
Yes the fan will stay on if set to low or hi regardless if the compressor is running or not. If fan is set to auto (Au) the fan should turn off and on in conjunction with the compressor. Thanks for watching.
This was a great video!. Somehow we accidentally changed from English to metric. Being so cold tonight I did not want to experiment with pushing buttons. Thanks for something as simple as showing how to get from English to metric!!
Hi Len, Very happy it helped.
Thanks. Informative and straight forward video!
Thanks for watching and taking time to comment. Hope it helped and happy traveling.
Thanks! I couldn’t figure out why my fans were blowing cold air when I was running the furnace. It was because my Dometic was not adjusted to auto. Thank you for covering that.
Hi Robert, I would bet that it is the most common question about the furnace and AC. Glad it helped and thanks for watching.
Great video. Thanks for sharing your knowledge
Hi Don, Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you so much your video answered all the problems I was having thank you again 4:36 pm
So glad it helped.
Omg thank you. I was trying to figure out why i had cold air blowing when furnace was running.
A very common question that all of us have wondered. Glad it helped.
Thank you for moving my anger thermometer from 10 to 1. Great video. Thank you
Hi Gino, I am glad it helped.
Thank you for this video very well explained
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks Duder. Great information
Thank you hope it helped. Happy camping!
I don't have the one with heat pump but works the same. Thanks!
Yes works the same. Thanks for watching.
Thanks. I had to watch 3 videos to get your directions on how to stop my furnace from cycling so often. So I set to d2, we’ll see if that works.
Yes d2 will definitely make the furnace cycle less often. good luck and thank you for taking time to comment.
Thanks for sharing!
Hope it helped.
Great video I didnt even now mine had all those options. My problem was the fan coming on when I turned the furnac on.
Hi yes that is the most common question. Glad it helped. Thank you for taking time to comment.
Ty I hope this helps with my furnace not kicking in tell cold again
This solved it with my rig with the same complaint. Two degrees till it kicks back in is a big difference. Set it to one degree and it is much better. I hope it works for you. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for this it so helped. I'm new to RV and I'm going to be living in my 2012 passport because of a job I'm starting soon. I think I will be checking back for more help. LOL
Hi Bret, I am glad it helped. You can always check my website out also where I show lots of mods, upgrades, and maintenance www.rvhabit.com
Awesome..
This was exactly the answer that I was looking for. My air conditioner fan was coming on with the furnace. I set it to auto and problem solved.
Hi Dennis, So glad it helped.
My AC unit starting clicking. I decided to go back to default settings to see if that helped. Clicking stopped when I reset differential back to 2. Does that make sense to you?
Hi Dennis, I have not heard of that before except the control board in the AC is connected to the furnace.
Thank you
Good info. Thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you!!!
You're welcome!
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Good info.
Thanks for watching. Happy travels.
Thank you so much for the simple instructions. It made our lives easier being first time owners of an RV. One question: We are currently in Cool with temperature set at 74. Fan mode is on Auto. But the AC continues to be on the entire night without shutting off. Any suggestions why it does turn off? A storm passed by a few days ago and we had to reset the breaker? Could that have caused an issue? Thank you!
When the fan mode is set to Auto and you are in cool mode the fan should only come on when the compressor is running. Try a warmer temp setting to see if the compressor shuts off and if the fan stays on. Thanks for watching.
Wow thanks, this has been driving me crazy. I knew it was something simple but I never had the instructions for it.
Glad it helped. Thanks for watching.
@@RVHabit okay so now I can run my furnace without the a/c fan running but there is this annoying sound coming from the a/c unit. Sounds like a set of contacts clicking on and off. Is this normal?
I would hate to try and attempt to diagnose a sound I can't heat personally. It may be totally normal. Typically though if your running your furnace you would not hear any sounds from the AC
@@RVHabit thanks for the quick reply, actually I found the answer on a keystone forum. If the thermostat control is set to the 1 degree differential you get a clicking from the relay in a/c . After changing the differential back to 2 the clicking stopped, problem solved. Thanks again for the post.
Good to hear.
Very informative!!
Thank You.
Hi. Great video. Easy to follow and very informative. By chance would you know, or know where I could find, error codes? When trying to run the AC, the thermostat flashes E5 as the compressor turns on then off then on and off. Like it’s sputtering. Then other times it works fine. Greatly appreciate the help!
Thank you. You can certainly google it but I believe that indicates a communication error between the thermostat and AC. This can be caused by several different things. Good luck.
Thanks!
Welcome!
Thank you for sharing, I learned something new, bit my Domestic therm shows Heat Strip not heat pump? Any ideas on what it does and know how to use ? Thanks again
Yes a heat strip is also part of the AC. A heat pump basically runs the AC in reverse to produce heat that is blown inside. A heat strip is a heating element and the AC blows air across the element to produce warm air.
Thanks for the great video! My current issue is our furnace kicks on when I manually turn the stat from off to on. It runs, everything is good. It kicks off and then never kicks back on. If I manually turn it off and back on again I get the same result (a single cycle). Any idea why I might experience this type of behavior?
That could be a few things, the simplest being the sail switch or could be the control board. Being a gas appliance I would recommend you have it diagnosed by a professional. Good luck.
thank you, I couldn't figure out why the fan would not go off.
Glad it helped. Thanks for watching.
My thermostat is flashing E1 when it’s heating up or cooling down. Can u give me any advice.
Great demo! I had a question that might sound odd.
We like to keep our unit cool, about 65*-67*. However we do not want the temperature to drop below 60*-62*.
A lot of older analog controls had a toggle between heat, cool, fan. You would select one and that’s what you had until you selected another.
In spring and fall we get a 20*-30* swing between night and day, the daytime and evening sun would have the rv very warm and so selecting the ac, but at night we would need to select furnace or heat pump. All fine and dandy until that temperature change didn’t take place until 2-4am, and we would wake up freezing or roasting our butts off!
Is it possible to set both or all three on at the same time? Eg; set AC at 67* keeping the rv cool, then setting the heat pump at 63* and the furnace at 60* in case it got really cold and the heat pump wasn’t able to keep up?
In this scenario there should be enough temperature setting gap to avoid one thing coming on just to counteract the other!
Is this possible or will the controller only let one designation be on at a time?
Thanks.
That would be great if that was possible. Unfortunately it is not with this digital thermostat. You can only select one climate control source at a time. So if AC is selected that's it until you manually select something else. It may be possible to use some type of home thermostat to accomplish what you want. I would seek out someone who is familiar with wiring hvac thermostats. Thank you for commenting and watching. Happy traveling.
RV Habit this will do the trick. I was hoping the rv manufactures would leave the dinosaur era by now! Lol
ua-cam.com/video/6CPtV_iX9GQ/v-deo.html
Is there a way to make this display current room temperature while unit is on?
That is not possible with this model thermostat. When the unit is on it shows the temperature that it is set to.
I gotta question maybe you can help me I got dual air with the dometic thermostat i live in tx so it gets hot I leave for work in the a.m. set the ac temp at 65 66 for my dogs with the fan on high I come home and my fifth wheel is like a oven inside. Kinda like the compressor dont kick on only the fan runs any suggestions?
Hi Austin, If the compressor does not kick on you definitely have an issue with your unit. I would think your thermostat is ok since it turns the fan on. It could be the circuit board ar even the compressor itself. I would have a professional diagnose your system. RV air conditioners should cool about 30 degrees colder than the outside temps. Good luck hopefully it is something minor.
On the weekend, when I turned the furnace on, the air conditioning came on. What causes this and how do I fix the problem.
Hi Brenda a common problem and easy fix. Go to your thermostat and set it to fan. Press the + key and the lcd will change from Hi or Lo or Auto. Your fan must be set to Auto. Setting the fan to Hi or Lo when trying to use your furnace will make the Ac fan come on with the heat. Good luck.
We watched your video which was very helpful. When we changed our differential to d1 our thermostat went completely off and is not coming back on. Any ideas pleas??
I don't have any ideas what would cause that other than a loss of power to the thermostat. Check all the 12v fuses and make sure your RV is getting power from the batteries. Good luck.
@@RVHabit we found out a fuse was loose. Once my husband wiggled it, everything came back on. Thanks so much
Glad to hear it.
I just purchased the travel trailer turned it on and have a E1 code do u know how to clear that
Hi Vito, E1 is a communication error between the thermostat and the AC unit. That could be many things and usually will require an RV tech to run some testing.
Do you know how to reset the thermostat? A/C stays on all the time. does not cut off when termperature is reached. someone suggested to reset the thermostat
This may not be a thermostat problem. Different parts control the A/C and heater. According to Dometic this is how to reset the thermostat. This will only work with certain thermostats. If you have the original manual or can look up your thermostat model number online would be best to get the reset procedure. Use the below procedure at your own risk. This is just information I am providing to help in your research.
Press and hold the '+' button.
Press and hold the 'On/Off Mode' button. Hold both buttons down for about three seconds until the screen shows a -- --. ...
Press 'On/Off Mode' to turn back on.
Good luck.
When thermostat is furnace model top air runs?
You have your fan set to LO or HI. When operating the furnace set the fan to AUTO.
Is the differential setting for a/c too or only the heat side of the themostat. Thanks
As far as I am aware the differential applies only to the furnace and will not affect the A/C operation.
@@RVHabit thank you
How do u get the E4 code off
Are these ran by propane? Also if it has heat strip on your thermostat does that mean that you also have a heat pump and furnace
Hi Pauletta, two great questions. Yes the typical heat furnace is run by propane while the air conditioning is run by electric. Also, a heat strip is not the same as a heat pump. Without getting technical a heat pump uses the air conditioning in reverse blowing in the warm air it generates instead of the cold air. A heat strip is similar to a small plug in space heater that heats an element and blows air over it. Heat strips are usually found in smaller RVs as they will not generate as much heating power as a heat pump. They make many thermostats with different options but if yours says heat strip you probably do have one. There would be no reason to use a thermostat with options your RV does not have. Thanks so much for watching.
Help!!!! Our bedroom thermostat only has fan and cool names written in them. But there is a 3rd button light that you can hit and can set a temp. Is this the furnace? Or do we not have heat in our bedroom???
It's hard to tell not knowing what kind of trailer you have. It sounds like the thermostat is for your A/C unit only. You possibly have a thermostat on the heater unit itself. I'm sorry I can't be more help without knowing more about your unit.
So I’m trying to use my furnace, and my thermostat looks exactly like this but it’s white and it doesn’t have the heat pump setting just fan cool and furnace, idk the difference but my furnace does not kick in even though I have it set at 85 to warm up the camper, but if it is to kick on it doesn’t even blow warm it blows cold air from the floor, am I doing something wrong?
I would have your furnace checked by a technician.
What about if it says E1?
When the propane runs out, the furnace won't restart after tank change. It took 20 min. of pushing the on off to get to start. Any ideas? Domestic fan, cool, heat.
I don't know if this is your problem but running out of propane could put air in the lines. When reinstalling a new propane tank it is always a good idea to run the stove burners for a minute or two to insure all air from lines has been expelled. Good luck.
When the trailer gets above 90 degrees the thermostat does not work. I have to put a bag of ice over the thermostat to cool it down to make the thermostat work to cool or turn on A/C compressor. Is there a fix for this dometic problem?
I haven't heard of this specific problem. It could be the thermostat or control box. If I was trying to fix it would replace thermostat and see if that corrects problem. If not thermostat it could many different things like overheating if dirty. Icing up. Control box.
My furnace keeps clicking before turning on or off and it didn't start doing it until I used my air conditioner. Do you know why it would make a clicking noise? Do I have the settings wrong for my furnace
Hi Penny, usually a clicking noise from the furnace is the ignitor trying to initiate the lighting of the gas. The furnace will try three times. If it doesn't light after three attempts it will go to fail in which you would need to turn the switch off and back on again to reset the lighting sequence.
On the ac mode is 90 the coldest and the lower the number get the ac starts getting warmer
90 is the temperature. If you want the AC to turn on it must be set below the room temperature. If the room is 90 degrees you must set the thermostat to 89 or lower. The AC will maintain the temperature you set on the thermostat. Most of the thermostats for AC have a max of 90 and an low of 55 degrees
Thanks for the video. My furnace is making a lot of clicking noises, it will heat but the cycling is off and it starts clicking when it goes off...any Ideas?
It will usually click (electronic start) a few times when it is lighting gas to heat. Once flame ignites the clicking will stop.
@@RVHabit Thanks for the reply. The clicking is not to igniter, even after I turn the furnace off the clicking goes on..and it is very loud.
I have not heard of that but being a gas appliance i would not use it until a technician looks at it. Good luck.
@@RVHabit Thanks again for the reply.
We got a never-before-heard clicking noise after changing the setting to d1, but the clicking noise is coming from the control box of the ceiling AC unit. Strange. And when we changed the setting back to d2, the clicking goes away. Sounds almost like a small relay trying to throw.
How to installation of dometic we getting error .dont remember error number .can you help me?
How do you turn on the furnace? My fiancé and I just bought a RV and cannot get the furnace to turn on with the thermostat.
Turn fan to AUTO. Then set thermostat to heat or furnace. Make sure temp is higher than temp in rv.
We just plugged our camper into electricity and our A/C comes on but our thermostat does not light up? Do we need to replace thermostat or is there a quick fix?
It sounds like you are saying all works except the light. Most of the thermostats don not have lights. Make sure the model in your RV has one.
Just to be clear, this is an electric heater correct? You do not need LP bottle on nor do u need water in your hot water tank, correct?
This is a typical RV Dometic thermostat that controls the LP gas heater, electric AC and the electric heat pump if so equipped.
My dometic rv ac started to turn on and off like 5 times under 2 min and it is hot in Texas and I have it on 69 and my indoor temperature is 68 and I have it in auto recently we had to replace the fan motor 2 weeks ago could it be something else my rv ac is 1 year old I set it on hi and is working good just auto keeps turning off on again and again any help ideas of what could be going on
When set to HI the fan will run continuously regardless of the compressor. When set to AUTO the fan will only run when the compressor runs. The compressor turning on and off multiple times within a few minutes sounds like it is not running properly. I recommend you have a technician thoroughly check the AC to determine the issue.
I do have questions - If im not plugged in , how do I make sure the AC doesn't come on?
The AC will only work on 120v. You must be connected to shore power or generator.
i have no display on my thermostat just happened this weekend tried the breaker all fuses are good just wont turn on its only 3 yrs. old
Hi Jeff without knowing much about what your setup is I would suggest checking wiriing first then check for inline fuse possibly even circuit board on t-Stat itself.
What do you do if your thermostat isn't working right
Is there a compatible thermostat that can be controlled with a cell phone?
Yes, Check out Micro Air at microair(dot)net for their EasyTouch RV WiFi Thermostat
What is the difference between heat pump and furnace? Why when I ran the furnace cold air comes out. I set the temperature on 26 deg c
The furnace is a separate unit operated by 12v and LPG usually located on the floor and has separate vents from the AC vents. The heat pump is part of the AC and runs on 120v. Basically the heat pump is your AC running in reverse to blow warm air. It does not work well if the outside temps are below 45 degrees. They generally run independent of one another. If your furnace only blows cold air the LPG is not igniting. Make sure you have your LPG tanks on. If you turn the furnace on and cold air is coming from the AC vents then you need to set the FAN mode on the thermostat to AUTO.
Thank you 🙏 so much for the detailed explanation, it helped me figure it out
You're very welcome.
Do you know why our furnace tries to kick on when the air conditioner is on? If we have the gas on the furnace does kick on.
The Dometic air conditioner fan will come on when the furnace starts if the fan setting is on HI or LOW. The fan setting must be on AUTO when using the furnace. If you are saying your furnace comes on when your thermostat is set to A/C then your system is not operating correctly. You will need a technician to trouble shoot. Hope that helps and good luck.
Why does the heat pump go on when I have it on furnace when plugged in to electricity
Are you sure it is not just the fan? if your fan setting is on HI or LOW when you turn on the furnace the fan from the A/C unit will blow. The fan setting should be set to AUTO when using the furnace.
I just got code E1 do you know what thats mean?
Hi Jordan, the E1 error is a loss of communications between the thermostat and the AC unit. Now several things could cause this such as a loose connection, bad control board, etc. It will need to by diagnosed to determine where the problem exists. Good luck.
Whats the lowest I can set it up in cool,,,my numbers are not showing?
If I remember correctly the minimum when running in heat mode is 40 degrees. The minimum when Running in AC mode is 55 degrees.
What if you forget to turn off power when replacing thermostat? I I long have power to thermostat. Is there a fuse somewhere?
Fuses should be located in the RV electrical breaker and fuse box.
@@RVHabit I have no power to thermostat. Is there an inline fuse. Or did I burn up ac and thermostat
You need to start at the AC. The control board which operates everything is in there. A multi-meter will help with tracing the 12v. Good luck.
How do i clear E4?
An E4 error code according to Dometic is "Open circuit or out of range Outdoor Temperature Sensor (Select Models). Heat pump will be locked out. Air conditioner, furnace, and fan mode of operation can continue to operate. I hope this is a helping starting point for you.
Having issues with the ac continues to stay running even when desired setting is reached. What is the problem
Hi Jess, sounds like your fan setting is on HI or LO. Set the fan to AUTO and the fan will go off with the compressor. Most do keep the Fan setting on HI or LO so the fan runs even when the compressor kicks off.
I can't find any information on my problem. My thermostat display is shadowing. Sometimes it doesn't want to shut off...sometimes it doesn't want to come back on. I've talked to several RV repairmen and they don't want to touch it. Why?
I can't explain why they won't help you, but anything can be fixed. It is almost impossible helping you diagnose it over the Internet. You need a technician to run some diagnostic tests.
How come 5 different thermostat does do not show full numbers for temperature
I am not sure what you mean. My thermostat shows full numbers for the temp.
The AC just went off and won't come back on what's wrong ??
How do u get the code E4 off
As far as I know that is an outdoor temp sensor. However I don't think they even use those sensors anymore. It may be a board problem. It will need to be diagnosed.
We must have an older version thermostat. It looks just like yours and has buttons identical to yours, however there’s no way to change the differential. Pressing & holding the “-“ button doesn’t do anything. No “d1” or “d2” appears on the screen.
Update to my earlier comment: I downloaded the Dometic thermostat instructions. The instructions were slightly different. But it’s all good. Got our thermostat to “d1”.
bryantrv.com/docs2/docs/operating/Single%20Zone%20LCD%20Operation%20Manual_3313327.037.pdf
Glad you got it figured out. You will notice a huge difference in the comfort of your rig. You will notice the furnace cycles a little more frequently but the temperature will remain much more constant. Thanks for watching and taking time to comment. Happy travels, Lou.
From the Dometic instructions:
“In the FURNACE mode the system will cycle the RV’s furnace On and Off based on the room air temperature and the temperature set-point on the Single Zone LCD thermostat. The system can be configured to operate using an On/Off differential of either 1 degree F or 2 degree F. This feature is programmed during the system ini- tialization. See “System Initialization” on page 3.
To set the temperature differential the system must be Off. Press the “―” button and, while holding it, also press and hold the On/Off Mode button for three seconds. Release the On/Off Mode button. Then release the “―” button. Press the “+” button to toggle between “d1” and “d2”, “d1” for 1 degree F differential and “d2” for 2 de- grees F differential.”
I am still confused. How does one set the temp for the furnace? I noticed the numbers in your demo, but they weren't addressed?
Hi Joan, to set the furnace you press the on/off button till the green light is next to furnace. Then press the plus or minus key to adjust the temperature you want.
@@RVHabit I want to thank you for taking the time to help me. Joan
Your welcome anytime
My heat does not go on when button is on heat
My Dometic thermostat is showing E 1 what does this mean?? Please help
The E1 error is a loss of communications between the thermostat and the AC unit. Now several things could cause this such as a loose connection, bad control board, etc. It will need to be diagnosed to determine where the problem exists. Good luck.
Any alarms could go off
My 3 button domtic will not cycle off in the cool position even with the setting on auto it has to be manually turned off
You should have it checked by a certified RV tech. Remember it will not cycle off if the compressor is running. Run it in heat mode with auto selected on the fan. See if the AC fan does not come.
@@RVHabit it cycles on and off properly in heat mode
Didn't answer my question. When I select furnace, and I am connected to shore power, the heat pump comes on and it does not warm my camper. If I am disconnected from shore power, my propane driven furnace comes on and it warms the cabin right up. When I am connected to shore power, I don't want the heat pump blowing cold air on me (room temp, whatever). I want the furnace to kick in and heat up the cabin. What is causing this?
It sounds like your FAN setting is either HI or LO. Your FAN setting must be set to AUTO.
@@RVHabit I checked. It was set to low. I changed to auto. Anxious to test it.
I'm optimistic that will solve the problem.
@@RVHabit thank you!
What is error code e4? Tx
I believe that is the outdoor freeze sensor on the AC cooling fins. I would first check for loose wiring to the sensor.
Why do I get a E5
Hi, an E5 error is a problem with the freeze sensor. Dometic lists this error as Open circuit or out of range Freeze Sensor. Air conditioner and dehumidification operation will be locked out. Heat pump, furnace, heat strip and fan operation can continue to operate but displays the last temperature set-point.
My thermostat is blinking .. looks like E 1 then to. E 90 on furnace nothing is coming on fan it’s fro Au to E1.. on cool it’s E 1 to 55 .. nothing comes on ... don’t understand
Hi Michael, That is an issue that needs to be diagnosed by a technician. It could be anything from a loose wire to a bad control board.
@@RVHabit .. thanks .. no tech s here .. I believe it may have been because my battery was low.. I charged it .. and it seems to work now .. furnace kicks on Anderson’s off .. ok .. not sure if the electric is working .. do I need to put on the switch that sais heater inside the RPOD and outside ?
my thermostat shows E7
My domestic won’t read auto
