Thank you so much! I just brought my new camper home to northern WI where we are supposed to get 5-8" of snow tonight (it's April 15th). You saved me the stress of worrying about both the air and furnace coming on during the night and having to run out into the camper to turn the heat up high to compensate for the air...LOL!

Thank you, so much! I'm in the midst of the polar vortex in Texas right now, trying to keep warm in my RV without freezing or blowing myself up and I thought the whole system was busted when I noticed cool air blowing through the ceiling vents and warm air coming in through the floor vents. Must've jostled the interface at some point. You're a godsend!

Thank you so much! I’m up at 1:30 am trying get warm when it’s 50 degrees in my trailer. I have furnace in at 80 and yet the AC in the roof is shooting cold air from the roof. And I’m thinking why the hell is the AC on!! The heat comes from the floors. Your explanation allowed me to not think I bought a brand new lemon trailer, thus allowing my mind to calm and go to sleep. As well as allow me to not have to camp in side with a sleeping bag Bc the furnace is making it toasty warm! So thank you again! I I was questing if trailer life is for me, but I know everything will be ok now that I only have to keep it in “Auto “, in order for both Heat and AC to not run at the same time.

My issue is my AC shuts off when it reaches my desired temp of 55. My bedroom starts to warm up again then I have to manually get it to start again. Yesterday it wouldn’t start. I’ve tried all fan levels and their all the same. Nothing KEEPS the AC running 24/7like my parents 2004 prowler and I have a 2018 Heartland. I need help especially when sleeping 😴

Hope you can help, I have a 2013 Keystone Montana 3625RE. I was told it has a heat pump. It does not show up as on option on my Confort control 2. I've searched the internet with no luck trying to turn it on? I hope you can help.

Do you know for a fact that the model and serial number AC that is on the roof has a heat pump? I have seen where they are switched out and customers did not replace with the same thing. I have also seen miss informed salesman tell customers something has a heatpump and the unit not actually have it equipped

When I put one in my house it was simple for matching up wires. But we sell new RVs and I won't do the video if its going to void a manufacture warranty. Its kinda tricky for us

@@KeystoneRVCenter I'd love one like the nest made for an rv. The ability to control from your phone would be a huge plus.
