The ratings dropped big this week. And don’t use the NBA as an excuse. They were coming off a praised PPV that should have brought eyes to Dynamite. Instead, the average dropped again, because people know that Tony can’t book or format a weekly television show, so whatever it is, Dynamite, Collision, Rampage, people know that it will more than likely be complete garbage.
All this negativity being propagated by youtubers and social media personalities are killing AEW. WWE is big enough where nothing can bring them down, but AEW is losing viewers because of people like JD.

Even if AEW is at their lowest point thus far, they got Ospreay they got Okada tied with the Young Bucks and they got Mercedes Mone and her build towards Double or Nothing with WIllow for her debut match which will be very exciting and anticipated by a lot of people who love Mercedes's work !

They need to advertise/preview their matches and segments in a week in advance. I didn't know about the Gauntlet match until they mentioned during the Swerve match, but I did enjoy it. Just plan ahead.
They should split the brand for sure and have a huge ppv yearly called “aew civil war” where they go against each other in matches

Just saying, others have sold things worse, I agree Tony as a character isn't the way to go at the same time it could have been used as a good way to take him out the mix in regards to tv and other audience facing things and could have written in a new GM sort of authority figure.
Vince's acting skills were believable though
If he wants to be on TV or had any idea of wanting to be on TV he should of took some kind of acting lessons. Actually I think he should of did that from the beginning because as a known authority figure in a pro wrestling company you never know when you have to make some sort of television appearance even if it isn't regularly.

This angle is dumb and I don't think they're going to redeem themselves. Tony Khan is just a rich mark who inhereted his money who has no idea what he's doing. The Rock pissed us off by interjecting himself in Cody's storyline but he redeemed himself by giving us an awesome main event for Wrestlemania night one, but Tony Khan is NOT THE ROCK.

So I recently caught up with the latest episode of Dynamite and I only have one question. Does anyone else feel like The New Elite are a much bigger threat in AEW than The Undisputed Kingdom? The Kingdom started off as the hottest and most evil threat in AEW with Adam Cole as the Devil, and now they are mostly on Rampage, we haven't seen Adam Cole in weeks, they are mostly feuding with Kyle O'Reilly on rampage, and now the most evil threatening faction is the elite

My heart goes out to Trevor Lee formerly known as Cameron Grimes and I know he's too good and too talented not to end up anywhere as far as Tony Khan this could have him just be off TV and he probably will just doing what he's going to do on collision booking that show on Saturday nights plus I hope this definitely leads to change on AEW in the right direction and as far as WWE if it becomes more of a adult oriented show and the PG era is gone thank you God it's about time we got more of adult programming as far as Raw & SmackDown goes.

AEW had their version of the Bloodline & well MJF/Adam Cole turned away a substantial part of AEW's audience, the live attendance issues can be attributed to that, i will give ig credit it drew the best rating of the Punk era Collisions. The way JD is now is the way most AEW fans were in October of 2023 because MJF was getting X-Pac heat eventally.
