Unfortunately happens bro I was 6 foot and like 11 and never growed from there .. my son is 6 and bigger then anyone in that field but the taller one and he's 6 with muscles i just need to work him out more and he will be bigger then this kid at 9
And actually now that think of it I have a new kid who can't swing a bat but he's 6 and build and tall taller then my son he will definitely be 9 and sound 5'10 OR SO

The reason for that is because some umpires will call the batter out if you touch him before he touches home plate, my teammate hit a homerun and i high fives him right before he touched home and the umpire called him out

All of the other clips you’ll see the coach and parents yelling at the teamates to not step on the plate. Same thing happened with my team in 10u and we lost the game on the walk off home run cause someone stepped on the plate. Love to see them learning so quickly
He had to sit out for 6 weeks but should be back next tournament. His growth plate has been bothering him. He is 11 years old and 6 ft tall so he's growing fast!!

It's not that hard once you get to high school ball. All the kids will be developed and no one will be at an advantage due to early development like this kid.
Doesn’t necessarily work that way. I was the biggest/tallest in my class and on any of my hockey, basketball, volleyball or football teams from K through University. By a substantial margin. Was 6’7” at 14 y/o. I’ve met other guys in my athletic career that had similar experiences growing up. I have no doubt that this kid is 9. He looks remarkably similar in height and build to my 9 yr old son who is a beast of a hockey goalie 😎🇨🇦
