  • In this video I show you how I change the oil on my Gen 1 Raptor. Thankfully you don't need to jack up the truck to do this service and it is pretty straight forward. Hope this helps you if you are doing an oil change.

    I'd hand tighten that filter, no need to reef on it with that clamp..those are meant to take off filters

    Good stuff! The oil filter looks so accessible but it is in a weird spot. Also I’ve put fumoto(sp?) quick drain valves on my last 4 vehicles and they’re so simple and no mess.

    1/4 turn is all you need on that oil filter

    Did you have to remove the skid plate in order to get access to drain bolt?

      No you don't, but you have to remove the skid plate access panel to get access to the oil filter.

      Not exactly...I was more of an outsider who liked things a certain way and it wasn't until I was older that I realized it has many advantages haha

    Get KN filter, has square ratchet endcap, just use your wrench to remove and replace, eezee peezee
