Nick you have just got a mention by Vic Veer, an ENT surgeon in London! He was very complimentary about a review you have recently done. I just thought I would let you know. Vic made a video on the use of nasal sprays. I have been using fluticasone foe nearly twenty years and after watching his video discovered I had been using it wrongly. Now I never have a congested nose, but every morning a dry mouth! With cpap you can never win.
So what is your relationship with the company, @cpapreviews? Do you have any other sponsorship arrangements at all? Any way that you might benefit from their business?
Oh come on say it. I know you are dying to.
@@stusue9733 What, "cash for comment"? Nah. No one would ever do something like that. - Sarcasm.
(Sorry, couldn't help myself).
I am not affiliated with them but used them and they are great, were a lot cheaper and bought from them and send it quickly. Don’t have to convince me. Nick did say at start that they don’t know he is doing this vid. But yeah thumbs up for me.
They stock my SleepHQ O2 rings and they also give SleepHQ Pro members a10% discount. . Don't take my word for it, jump on Trust Pilot and have a read for yourself
@@bdaroczy seriously though, they are knowledgeable, quick and fairly inexpensive compared to most others.
I used the same, good supplier for consumables, spares and masks for 10 years. The level of customer service I got from CPAP Direct in the last month or so, looking for a new machine, (not to mention the prices) I'm now a very happy CPAP Direct costumer.
I think Philips should go out of business.I was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney cancer. I think something shady is going on with this lawsuit! I had a large tumor that had started spreading outside my kidney that had to be surgically removed. I used a DreamStation for over 5 years, and a System One for several years before that. I never used SoClean. I think Philips is looking to pay as little as possible and certainly is not looking to compensate us victims for the damage, pain, and suffering their machines caused us. I used those sleep apnea machines because I thought it would improve my health, and instead I was almost killed by cancer. Do you really think these lawyers are looking of for the best interest of the victims that hired them? I think the lawyers are looking for a payday, and us victims are left to suffer!
I was diagnosed with cancer and sleep apnea at the same time, saw that information about Philips and was absolutely horrified! Went with Resmed but to be honest I was scared to get a machine at all after that so I delayed it a year. I am so sorry this happened to you.
For 10 years, I shopped with NSW CPAP.
In light my experience with CPAP Direct over the phone, online and in my local shop over the last month, I've changed suppliers.
Thank you for the testimonial 🤙🍻
@@CPAPReviews I would have stuck with NSW CPAP, they're great to deal with and were awesome during that recent little virus kerfuffle. But they don't have a physical location that I can actually get to.
CPAP Direct have a store within 20 minutes.
All the staff were helpful and polite every time. As a former customer service manager (different industry) I have very high standards for what customer service should be.
Also, I'm on a very tight budget, so if I'm having to spend big money on anything, I'm going to be researching product, product price, cost for consumables and spares. I took over a year to settle on the machine I bought (that's quick for me). CPAP Direct worked with me to get me the best price they could by ordering online, arranged for me to be able to collect my new machine (and spares) in store rather than waiting for delivery and the store made sure both Husband and I could use the machine before we left the premises.
That's looking after the customer first, bottom line second. That's what attracts and keeps customers.
Didnt you used to work for them, cant remember name may have been another place :)
i wish i did!
Sove, The CPAP clinic appear to be cheaper.
Anyone can be cheap… few can be good! www.productreview.com.au/listings/the-cpap-clinic
Sove? No thanks. Rude AF.
@@bellarose-au not in my experience. They have been fantastic. Excellent prices and customer service.
@@CPAPReviews whilst this is true, in my experience, their customer service has been top notch.
@tanvirkhan8702 There's a reason they changed their name recently. They've been in big trouble with the TGA. I'm not here to put shit on other companies, but there's no comparison between CPAP Direct and Sove (aka - The CPAP Clinic).
i think i will swap to these guys and move away from resmed in surry hills they are useless!
They’re just good people mate. You have my word on that 🍻
