@Mouse No Cap keep at it, you'll get there. When it starts getting hard and you're not progressing what always works for me is incorporating more dumbbell benching to correct any imbalances because they tend to happen here and there

I've been lifting on and off for about fifteen years. Imo, wing it when you think you're going to skip a workout otherwise. Structure is great for keeping track of your progress, but sometimes you get bored, or you just don't feel like working out on a particular day. Don't be afraid to change things up, lower the weight, or do fewer reps or sets. As Scooby Werkstatt says, a bad workout done often is better than a good workout done once.

I use to go for a gym couple of years ago,it's good to do bench press with an average weight and keep your body flexible and increase your inner strength. the max I lifted was 90 kg in a bench press. But now I do not do it any more because I believe swimming is the best exercise

That arching has a place in powerlifting, but it's far from what is best for actual hypertrophy and chest development. Too many bodybuilders training like powerlifters these days - it's where the blocky and bloated midesections come from - pre Ronnie, bodybuilders only compound lifted what they could manage whilst engaging the abs and transversus, not pushing the gut out to create spinal support from cavity pressure. Franco's ab training was locking his abs tight to prevent back arching during his heavy bench sets, the exact opposite of what so many are doing today.
She definitely understands breathing and bracing with each rep. Beautifully done!
