      My favorite way of working out you can do so much with less. The soreness is such a false flag for the actual activation of hypertrophy.

    What I absolutely love about Natasha is that she's real. Not trying to wear expensive designer gym clothes, pricey sneakers, that aren't even meant for the gym, and isn't trying to attract attention to herself just exercising and being realistic about how strenuous the reps can be. A true class act and why she's my favorite! ❤

      It’s better with a cable.
      Also, it targets the upper chest not the lower.

    • @KurokamiNajimi
      @KurokamiNajimi 2 роки тому

      Controversial take, flies are a useless exercise. Firstly I’ll point to Alpha Destiny, natural with the highest bench on this platform up within the 185 weight range. He never does flies. They don’t do anything that the bench, weighted push up, or weighted dip (dips have the highest chest activation including the upper chest, downside is just performing them safely which he has a good vid on called the weighted dip solution). One might say well it’s just a small isolation movement it’s not meant to compete. But you only need so many sets for the chest a session/week. Most of our gains come from 10 QUALITY sets, after that the more you do the less return you get with more fatigue build up which will have you doing less volume long term and significantly increase injury risk. 12-15 sets is ideal for most. If you were gonna do a 2nd exercise for chest (that you probably don’t need but if you find you do) aside from benching then push up or dips would be the ideal choice not flies. Can’t even use the excuse of being too fatigued to perform them after benching because you can just do light weight. In fact research shows the heavier loads are on these movements the more your triceps take over so it’s ideal to be doing lighter loads for chest anyway

By the way, I like those quirky little sounds you make after finishing a set LOL. Quite recognizable and nice to know I'm not the only one :) Especially with a dropset isolation exercise and going till failure. I’m amazed at how Natasha retains her femininity despite being enhanced. I’d love to know what her stack/gear use is, it could help other women who have the bad androgynous side effects

      there's nothing feminine about her body. Her arms are as big as mine and her thighs look bigger than mine and I'm 6'1 pushing 197 pounds. Respect for her work and dedication but she does not have the body of a woman anymore.

      She is natural. Just because you skinny dudes never worked out without any breaks for years doesn't mean anyone with a good physique is enhanced. So annoying!

      That's just the way it is sometimes. You're not always up in the mood for working out but you gotta admire the dedication for doing it nevertheless. I know that feeling.
