I have a 2020 XDrive 40i M Sport and I love it. I never feel as if I don't have enough power to get up to speed (I always keep it Sport + Mode). I'm curious how the mild hybrid plays into the equation. Sad that some of the things I have in mine are now missing (wireless charging, fog lights, laser lights), but glad you are enjoying it...
We have a 21 Q5 and looking at the Q7...but this X5M40I is slightly smaller than the Q7 and looking forward to driving this exact model. I love the 50 but too much coin..you could always put a tune on this BMW X5
I bought the same model 2020 bmw x5 40i m sport, with air suspension, 360 camera, and 3rd row seat, and this color ,and I would say that it is quite fast..but I also have a ram 2022, 400hp, and it is not faster than the BMW
The fact that it has a spur tyre it makes me to love it more.

A lot of other SUVs are kicking the V6 to the curb but not the X5! It will be very interesting to see if this will continue.
I love the inline 6 on these! Great motor and the X5 overall is so nice!
A turbocharged 6 cylinder is the answer for V8 power and V6 fuel economy. I like BMW's way of setting up their vehicles.

Yeah the I6 turbo is a great engine and can make very good power reliably. Not a bad choice

Nope! Unfortunately 2022 and up they removed that as an option
Would you suggest the Msport package or just base?
Personally I like the M Sport package. But it's not needed if this is really just a normal family sedan
