Aww man, It's been too long and I finally got the world record in scripted category!!!
I want to thank everyone who supported me during the grind. I'm done with this category even if it ever gets beaten. 30000+ resets, very long streams, quitting for months and coming back. I never thought I would be able to beat Muty's legendary 25:29, but damn here it is!

I didnt know you were running this for 2 years as i tuned in since 1-2 months. i feel like you not really statisfied with the amount of mistakes in this run, and i have seen better paces from you myself. if you lost this wr you can prob take it back relatively quickly because of the amount of skill u have gained in all that time, because those last few days/weeks i watched u got really consistent with some runs having much better paces , but got fucked by RNG quite abit. Congratz thou you deserve this very much.

Of course I was at the point where I was getting better runs on average but I found it really hard to be able to keep my shit together to the end. And I'm more satisfied with controlling myself during that run than the run itself.

In scripted runs you can use a wait command, which also happens to delay the level change for every frame that it is used. That specific corner of that room overlaps with the next level, so once he stops using the wait command, it loads him into the next level after the wall.
Outside of the scripted runs, runners just jump over the wall instead. You don't need tripmines for it.

The coolest tactic I’ve seen in speed running (as a normie) is the LEGO Batman wall jump. It stimulates my monkey brain

Yo kisichad, i wanted to ask u question but didn't wanna ask it live in chat, not the place for it.
I thought after witnessing this scripted run live, you were totally going to be after scriptless wr next with some prac. But i've been watching you a while and you seem to struggle to get sub 27, let alone get near 26, after a fair amount of practice. I guess i'm curious why that is. are tricks harder to do while u are scrolling in the process? Because i notice the tricks u seemed to be very consistent at in scripted u struggle hard with in scriptless (the tricks that do not appear to have an increased difficulty in scriptless, but i could be wrong)
Just trying to understand if i just severely underestimate the difficulty of this category, or something else is going on.
i'm just wondering, do u see urself ever competing with kana and muty in this category? cuz atm it seems really far away when talking about a full minute time diffrence.

I switched to scriptless to just improve my time, but I started improving from 29 to low 27 in no time.
Mostly it was mental block that kept me away from the 26;
To switch to scriptless from scripted isn't simple, you basically have to get used to a lot of different timings and a different route;
The run is very optimized at this point. Kana and Muty are on another level they're more experienced in this category;
I'm really happy with my progress so far If I manage to get more consistent I'll try to get close to world record.

I'm gonna reply with the major differences, which are Steam version has a bhop cap. In the WON version there's no bhop cap. Scriptless is the main category where no scripts are being used. Scripted category is the opposite, we use scripts as long as they are allowed by the rules, like for example auto bhop, object boost scripts, change level delays, jumpbug scripts and so on. We call "scripts", console commands put together into a single bind where in Scriptless you would be required to have binds that can do only one action per key. (WON is basically the old Steam before it was called Steam - around year 2005)
