Oven Rice Recipe:
2 cups of Long Grain Rice
2 cups of water
1 cup of chicken broth (if you do not have chicken broth on hand, you can substitute with 1 cup of water)
1 packet of dry onion soup (I use Lipton Onion Soup or store brand)
1/4 cup of light soya sauce
1/4 of oil (I use canola, but you can also use vegetable oil)
Mix all together in a casserole dish with lid. or if you don't have a lid, you can cover with foil paper.
Place in oven and set temperature to 350 -375F. Bake for 45-50 mins. Enjoy!

But got a little snag in that good luck streak... the Little twigs sweater that I wanted to pick up again? made a size too large! Bhahaha.. I'm in a sweater making period of my life too so I completely understand. All I want to knit is sweaters. I have 3 started now: a plain one, a colourwork and a cabled sweater and switch as I feel like it. And when the colourwork goes to plain stockinette I feel like I should start an new one

I enjoyed seeing your FOs. Your Love Note sweater is beautiful, both in its design and color. I know your father will enjoy his Watch Cap Hat.
I have been working on Purl Soho's Soft & Cushy Hat these days. It's a free pattern in a brioche style of ribbing where every other round is P1, K1B (knit one below). The other round is simply P1, K1 around. Very simple. The pattern calls for the worsted/aran weight 100% extra fine merino yarn by Purl Soho called "Plenty", which I ordered in the color Reed Gray. Because I had never knitted the K1B stitch, I decided to make a practice Soft & Cushy Hat using an acrylic yarn from my stash with the same gauge as Plenty. The first couple of rounds were a bit wobbly, but I finally mastered the K1B and now I'm flying. I'm looking forward to knitting this pattern in the Plenty yarn. It runs large, so I'm making the Adult Small size (CO 90 sts).

I love the drape of your beautiful sweaters! I’m knitting the Love Note now and I’m still thinking I might have to restart. I made a bad mistake on the size I cast on but when I noticed at try on, it seemed to maybe fit. So I’m still knitting and trying on. Time will tell.
Sometimes there are ways to work out mistakes without ripping back… if you keep trying it on and still seems to fit, you might be able to ad raglan increases if you need a bit more? Oh my I'm so sorry for this late reply! I'm only seeing this comment now. For the Love note, I chose size Large. I have a 40.1 inch bust. I followed the pattern for the lace and then I think i did a few more raglan inscreases. I kept trying on the yoke of the sweater and see how many more inscreases i needed before splitting for sleeves. I hope this info helps!!
I have experience 44C, but I cannot imagine -44C 😁
I love all your sweaters! I add them all to my favourites, along with so many more, and will never have enough time to knit them all.
How many balls of yarn did you use for the Putney and what size? I got some Drops Sky from La Violette’s sale to knit it, but there were only 7 balls. I think it will be enough for my size, but would have liked 8 to be sure.
Oh yay! Just wore my putney again today. You are going to love yours! So i did size medium and had bought 6 balls. I have 1 full ball and a bit of the 5th left!
