Saw that you were driving in kilometers, I guessed Canada and it's funny I just came back from Cape Breton island! I go up every year and its beatiful!
I do have to say I love the cargo net style top... Love the look and the airflow through would be epic for cruising the back country... Also love the way you talk to drivers like I do... lol Priceless...
This is how I drove my '73 VW Thing, '55 Series 1 Land Rover, '46 CJ 2A, '77 FJ40 and M151A2. If the windshield folds down, fold the damn thing down, put on a pair of sunglasses and GO! A car ran over my right foot in December '19 and they had to snip it off so my next "folder" will be an automatic, 100% a Jeep.

Just one critique for the video. Maybe don't have in the title it's 'off road driving' , when the only time you left the road was your driveway ;) . Either way I liked the video though, just to ease some confusion.

Ever been hit in the face by a rock that got slung from a vehicle? If not, just give it time.... Just keep that in mind when you're driving around town and on highways with the windshield dropped.
I have been , in the middle of my chest , FK hurt like hell , but that's after wheeling on to pavement.. I don't usually drive on the road like that .I used to open face motor cycle , how's that any different? Whole body exposed.. Id say Its kind foolish to think its any different.
@@JeepoffRoadKRM Should you wreck a jeep versus a motorcycle, which has the most potential to cause major harm to other motorists? Obviously the jeep... Food for thought. Just be safe is all I'm saying. There's more than just me and you in our jeeps on the road.

No worries. The VA (USAF 78-82) takes very good care of me. They're amazing.
“Snip it off” is wild
I used to do that with my TJs,but not with the JK it's too much of a hassle unbolting everything.
The JL got this frame that stays up after windshield is folded down. Boring. Long live the JK.
Still nice to feel the air though , But more classic with the JK yes..
People who don't put their windsheild down now an then have no idea what they are missing.
Probably a rock to the face
@pnwoverland3126 lol.. actually it's the bug in the mouth that I fear most.
How fast were you going?
About 80 km was the top of the speed.
Unsafe, but cool. Literally looks like you are just driving a dashboard around lol
What year is yours. I'm looking at a 2 door 2016 rubicon same color. Only 28k miles

My last vehicles were standard , but long trails and my back was not working . Better on the vehicle when off roading.
Love it jeep on brother.
How do you put it back together correctly so it doesn't leak? I've heard stories of people putting it back the same way they found it and it'll leak

Never do stuff like that alone. You can hurt your back. I know this from when I tried lifting a leaf alone.
It looks like a car without the outside interior
Completly unsafe for roads this set up for safari + hunting and photography
Poor things an automatic 😢
Bro what’s that soft top?
