I’ll never understand why someone buys a Wrangler and never goes off road. They are probably the most uncomfortable on road vehicle made, so buying it as a mall crawler is just dumb.
I laugh every time I see my neighbor rolling down my block in his FJ Cruiser with every imaginable cringy add on accessory. It has not one, not two but three widdle wadders, one on each side and one in back. It has a winch on the front bumper and a winch on the rear bumper, it has multiple Jerry cans mounted on each side and to top it off has a shovel and pick axe mounted on the roof. He drives this vehicle to work every day with all these ridiculous accessories mounted on it and not once have I ever seen him take it off road!

Ngl, my Daily driver water bottle is a 36oz Yeti. It is a challenge putting it places in my vehicle, especially when i have passengers and cant just toss it on the seat next to me. Im a bit jealous of the holder
That water bottle holder is EXACTLY why you want to add a 3D printer and a set of calipers to your tool arsenal. Designing an item like that yourself is easier than ever these days.
fyi - the rain gutters aren't meant to hold that much weight, especially body weight. So I wouldn't recommend using that ladder to climb on top of the jeep ever again unless you want to chance the ladder ripping out of the rain gutter destroying it.
I was shocked at that bit. I have the painted top, and I'm pretty sure anything heavier than a floodlight attached to those would do something pretty expensive.

I don't mind an "armored" (nonplastic) grill on the front. But the angry jeep thing is every bit as dumb as car eyelashes. Though I guess it makes more sense, since if you bought an angry jeep grill, your jeep probably hates you.
So this generation of Jeep is a JL both it and the JK (previous generation) have plastic OEM grilles, they HAVE to be removed in order for you to change your headlights, takes maybe 15 minutes to remove and re-install, last stamped steel grille came on the TJs which ended production in 2006.

I’ve been subscribed and watching this channel for at least 3 or 4 years, wearing Donut merch for almost as long. While I really do like the new hosts and crew they have introduced, I really miss the older format of the channel, the shows that were airing just a few years ago. Everything evolves and I’m happy for the channel that they are doing so well, I just find I don’t really enjoy the type of content they now make.
FDM printed as well, I barely use my FDM printer anymore as print lines piss me off, but I can promise that thing is made with about $2 worth of ABS plastic, didn't even use PETG which would probably not damage the water bottles as the one commenter mentioned. Someone had to turn a welder on for the ladder, and generally if someone ask me to do that for them, I require a minimum of $100 for my time, electricity and consumables, everything seems easy till you want to buy yourself some welding gas!
While I do not disagree with the general sentiment, the bottle holder at least has a function. So, $100 for a cosmetic upgrade that might snag onto a tree and damage your car vs $30 for a functioning cup holder

During the heavy rains last month in CA, I was cut off by a Wrangler trying to go around a puddle on the side of a street while other trucks and cars when right through it... he was lifted and had off-road tires too, miniature chihuahuas come with bigger balls than jeep owners.

Five time Jeep owner here--always hated the grill and many other customizations I see on a regular basis--ducks, wave stickers, lack of fenders, ridiculous spacers and lifts, giant tires, all of which degrade daily performance: braking, acceleration, top speed, ride quality, looks and fuel efficiency.
I loved my Jeep rubicon. Lifted it, put on 35” Toyo open country m/t’s. Inner fenders liners and flat fenders. Narrowed bumpers for clearance and a winch. Drove it like I stole it. No angry grills, no “name on the fender” crap. The only mods were for functionality. It drove me nuts to see jeeps like this one

When you a buy a vehicle whose MPG is below the legal drinking age, you throw fuel efficiency right out the window (or tube door).
If you so are concerned about the fuel efficiency, weight and drag of your car, get a hybrid not a Jeep.

It is pretty hypocritical, though that it wasn’t that long ago, they were all about not bashing other’s mods since it’s the car cultures side of creativity. And Justin sounded like a flat out. Idiot the entire time, I’m sorry. he complains about that grill being $200… Show me any product for any other vehicle that changes the front look of the vehicle as much as that grill does for less than $200. Truck grills or bumpers, bumpers, or lips for cars, and not just, an unpainted warped China piece of junk either. Rough country is a US brand, yes, I’m aware of the product is probably from China but still, and unpainted black plastic aspect is exactly because of what he said, there’s tons of black plastic all over the car so it doesn’t look out of place. so do I doubt he could find another product for less than $200 that changes the look that much, he also needs to include to paint match it if it looks out of place because this one does not. He had some stupid remark for anything complimented on, and the remarks were never good. Just looked like an uneducated Hater. Five time Jeep owner here--always hated the grill and many other customizations I see on a regular basis--ducks, wave stickers, lack of fenders, ridiculous spacers and lifts, giant tires, all of which degrade daily performance: braking, acceleration, top speed, ride quality, looks and fuel efficiency.
Jeeps have degraded performance from the factory.

I loved my Jeep rubicon. Lifted it, put on 35” Toyo open country m/t’s. Inner fenders liners and flat fenders. Narrowed bumpers for clearance and a winch. Drove it like I stole it. No angry grills, no “name on the fender” crap. The only mods were for functionality. It drove me nuts to see jeeps like this one
