- Fishing out of Homer Alaska aboard the Red Ryder, clients join captain John and deckhand Kevin on a long-range multi-species fishing trip to the Gulf of Alaska. It was an incredibly calm day, lots of fun was had and plenty of halibut, lingcod and rockfish were caught!
I always love watching people hook into big fish who normally don't fish you can tell by the looks on there faces that they are finally getting why we all love catching fish so much , and its so true it doesn't matter if its a big halibut in Alaska or a 8 inch wild brooktrout in a flowage in Maine when you get hookt on fishing its awesome
Boo Kandas is hands down one of the best captains on the planet!
Always nice seeing folks enjoy fishing!
Pretty amazing experience.
I can’t imagine a better Captain / guide.
Look up his bio.
Really impressive.

Did a 4 hr for salmon. 2 1/2 hrs in caught my first of two coho salmon. You get than unmistakable silly grin . And your. Hooked.
At 67 became a fishing enthusiast. Now go to South Jersey for Blues and Fluke..It’s life changing
We really enjoyed fishing there.
Nice boat!!
Hey I am a deckhand out of homer. Let me guess. You guys went near Elizabeth island or pearl island. Great video👍
That deck hand should really try and have those Hali closer to the head. He's damaging at least 2 fillets when he gaffs them in the side like that
nice halibut, I actually caught a halibut on my channel like a week ago
Was that a iphone x in the under water shot of the rust metal in the middle after they say the hight and weight
Thank you for everything! Here’s a little something for fun: ua-cam.com/video/YfVjB6c5CxQ/v-deo.html
