I have a drain hose hole that has been covered because there was not any washer in my apartment for several years. I cannot figure out how to get the cover off. Does anyone know what this is called or how to deal with it?
Tao, the hoses will need to be removed from the back of the washer and the wall outlets that allow the water to go into the washer. Both will need to be removed if you want to change the hoses. The washer can be moved, but it can help to put it on a spin cycle empty to get more water out of the bottom of the washer.
