I mean, obviously Ringo dyes his hair and beard, but he still looks amazing for 80.
I think his youthful appearance is due to: 1. Good Genes 2. Stress-free life (due to his $) 3. He's vegan 4. He's young at heart...has the energy of a man half his age.

Given his early sickness as a child, and that he is the oldest Beatle, I would have NEVER guessed he would still be going strong at 80 and looking GREAT!!! I just listened to Rain, and your drumming is EPIC!!! Thank you Ringo for providing the solid and tasteful drums behind the best songs EVER!!!!

The early sickness spared him the time spent getting pushed around by teachers. He started with percussion in the hospital as a child and I think his step dad bought him a kit. Best move ever by THAT man!
