We need to think of job seekers as Human people, not Production tools...and only communcating in the empathic way we'll have a win-win on both parts. Equity, transparency, humanity ...we hear of those too often, but unfortunately they are only preached. I loved your material!
If a candidate comes into an interview needing emotional validation, then they are definitely NOT the right candidate. I go to work to accomplish goals and earn money, not for therapy from my boss. ridiculous.
A comment from someone who probably has significant emotional problems and is projecting it. Do us a favor, don't interview people or become a boss/manager.

And then COVID. This upended this dynamic.
