A renovated industrial unit on the outskirts of town.
Renting commercial properties for residential purposes isn't quite legal, but nevertheless, it is becoming quite popular.
This space was used for welding metal or some shit, so it was in a state before how it is presented now. It took this fella 2 months to get it cleans and liveable.

From what I understand the owner just browsed commercial properties to let online and this was the first place he viewed in person.
