so, one question i have, with how much you invest into minion damage on your gear/passives, is the node in swarmblade form where locust swarm benefits from minion damage, not your damage, a better choice? your single target damage is minion focused via locust spam+entangling roots and your AoE clear is locust swarm. why not make both scale off minion damage instead of locust swarm scaling off your damage and locusts off minion damage?
I've actually tried that cause it made sense to me too, but the damage was noticeably worse by a long shot, and I've tried swapping to it a few times with no luck, not taking the node resulted in way more damage and I'm not sure why
@@manarith8081 you know, now that you say that and thinking about it more, i would bet the reason is that when you swap locust swarm to minion damage it loses out on the base damage of your equipped weapon. and the base damage from the equipped weapon alone is enough to outdo all the minion damage bonuses. like your spear in the video has 202 base damage. if you swap locust swarm to minion, it probably loses all of that. maybe locust swarm deals more damage with the minion node if your weapon has +minion melee base damage on it. but i don't think you can get that on that unique. so makes sense your damage does more.
Don't have a planner, but i used tempest strike, wolves and warcry until i unlocked serpent strike to swap out tempest, I always play the build i am trying to create from the very start, even if its rough cause i enjoy the class identity from the start lol

How far corruption do you think this build can push?
Oh man I'm not even sure, I know it will definitely push past 200 but how far exactly I don't know, it scales pretty well though
How is this compared to the lightning swarmblade build?
I've never tried lightning swarmblade before! Sounds dope though
is phantomgrip (Ring) viable for this build?
Honestly even with 2 or 3 potential I'd say probably not, the bee gloves would be good though, I've even thought about trying salt the wound
Do you have a leveling planner? Swarmblade builds feel really slow to level before you get swarmblade form at 35+.
