For Maruti Baleno Sigma variant, the seat height adjustment you can do in Maruti Authorised service centre because I am having maruti Ignis Zeta varient and in Coimbatore Ambal Maruti, I had purchased seat height adjustment by paying advance Rs.5000 and then they ordered to maruti OE spares and after 10 working day parts reached service centre and they had filled correctly and now I am using more than 6 months. No complaint. Balance after fitted paid Rs.2000. Total - Rs.7000. Any doubt please text.

Go to the newer one bro.. i20
2017 creta is almost 7 years old.
If your daily commute is more than 70kms and if you really need a diesel car, then go for creta. And check the car with a mechanic before buying. Check for service record. If the car is run more than 80k kms better leave it.
Otherwise go for i20. Because it's already 7 years old. Finance will be a trouble & No warranty.
But if you get a good deal and car is in very good condition and if it suits your family and driving style and usage then go for creta
Sir, my budget is around 12 to 13 Lakh, I need a car which gives good mileage and 5 seater car..In my mind. I have kia sonent imt and hyundai i20 automatic , fronx cng and tata altroz cng..which is the best..my usuage will be less than 8k km per year.
8K kms per year is low mileage coverage. So I don't think you will need cng. Go for petrol instead.
