Certain things that doesn't satisfy are their basement test drives, little above the market rate, false commitments from certain RM's, etc

my personal advice to whomever it may concern, please don't buy car @spinny because last year I purchased a car which was not inspected perfectly. I trusted them due to 200+ checks so not taken any mechanic person with me. Within one year I have spent 22k and still need to pay 30k for parts replacement. I am not satisfied and please be vigilant in buying cars as a used one
1 year they giving warranty right and buy back option also available right, why you not tried bro.. because I am searching car on spinny and cars24 only, and checked 3 shows on cars24 and 4 on spinny at bangalore. I have tried this spinny 1.5 years before they are fixed price and as they told the maintenance are not that much good, I ave personally went and checked 2 times but the interior of cars are not as much clean.

I bought celerio vxi AMT, I took my own mechanic for inspection and car condition is Excellent with only 30k kms driven and 2014 Aug Registered (petrol), cost is Rs.3.80 lakhs. My mechanic told the car is worth for 3.30 lakhs if I buy from TrueBill, but here in Spinny I have noticed they have serviced and maintained well like new car including tyres. Whereas in TrueBill mostly it will be accident vehicle and post purchase additionally I need to spend more for changing tyres and complete general service.

When I was looking for a second hand car to buy, I was clear that I shouldn’t go with a dealer, but one person said good about spinny and so I decided to give it a try as a Jetta car which I was looking to buy for a long time was available with them. I went and took a test drive and had a look at the car and really liked it and so decided to go ahead with the purchase. I was told that all the OEM service records would be shared, but when I requested just a high level points for the services were shared with me and that didn’t have any finer details. So, I took the help of someone to get the OEM service records and found that VW has recommended the change of abs control module and the change of lower arm and struts. I asked for the same with spinny and I was assured that it was taken care although they didn’t show me any proof of it being changed. I took the delivery of the car and the next day morning the ABS warning lamp started coming up along with a long beep sound and also found that the paint on the left side running board had bubbles in it. The car was also not cleaned properly during the delivery. I became skeptical about the car as a whole and decided to return the car. I raised a return request for the car, but nobody called up and gave me an assurance that they would change the abs control unit. The 5 day full refund process went smooth and got the money back quickly.

I'm just thinking this way, in forum Mall for car parking they charge 30 rupees per hour, per day 720 rupees, per month 21600 per car, for 50 cars it will be 1080000 rs per month and monthly rent for the office that they run in mall let's assume 50K (which is least price), in total they spend 1130000 per month for 50 cars and office space. In addition to that they invest more on doing the inspections, general services, labourers and transporting the vehicles. Now tell me guys how can we expect good condition used cars in reasonable price from spinny?

Don't trust spinny...I purchased 2013 Alto for 2.25 lakhs and when i want to sell the same to spinny after 1 year, they quoted only 1.3 lakhs as buying price. The car was in excellent condition...they buy at very low price from us and sell at very high price...this way they enjoy big profit...I personally got affected due to spinny and dont recommend to my friends
