But isn't 7 the slowest setting? Attack and release usually equate to some measure of milliseconds, where higher means slower.
I haven't had coffee yet today, so maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like you're backwards haha.
in 1176 compressors its the opposite meaning that 7 is the fastest and 1 is the slowest. Cheers
1176 has the controls flipped, has nothing to do with milliseconds, in fact, the 1176 is so fast, the slowest attack is 800 MICROSECONDS 😮
