Yes, definitely for a beach-lover. Great views and tons of space both inside and outside. I would replace some of the tiles and rework some things, but the location, views and space make the price well worth it. Chris, another thumbs up.
Wow that is super close to the beach + big yard, square footage & views to boot! Needs alittle tlc but I could see myself in this place! In CA this place would be a couple million, as you know Chris. Heck of a deal from my perspective. Cheers Kirk
Nice, do you need to pay the People who set up umbrellas and chairs to use the Beach, I've read that beaches in Italy not really public like States , heard its 50 euros per person ,just curious
Hello Frank. I am an American living in Florence, Italy. I can tell you that these Lidos are very common all along the coasts of Italy. They usually come with a lot more than just an umbrella and chair. There are restaurants, bathrooms, changing and shower facilities, etc. The cost depends on what time of the year it is and how close you want to sit to the sea. I have not seen 50 euro per person, I would generally say 25-30 would get you a nice spot closest to the sea. There are also free/public beaches that are typically very crowded and may be small. Every area is different, but this is just a general answer. Take care, Paul
That would have to be looked at more carefully to determine if it's just a surface crack through the exterior stucco coating or if it extends in to the concrete supporting structure. I suspect it's the former since there are no visible cracks on the other side of the column from the drone video, but a geometra or architect would have to determine for sure.
Now this is how close to the sea that I am looking for! Although I am looking to rent and not buy. Looking to move from Florence to either Calabria or Sicily sometime next spring and trying to find that perfect apartment along the sea. Do you guys also help people find apartments to rent? Grazie, Paul in Firenze
Yes I saw that. Looks like a grass snake or water snake (not venomous and control mice. But there's a couple of vipers/adders in Italy that are venomous but not uniformly black, have a distinct zig zag marking. We have a variant of them in the nordic countries too, and they are generally really shy and scoot off if the feel vibrations in the ground, but like to lay and sun bathe. If you have kids or dogs you need to just check the garden for any areas on the ground that may lend themselves to nests at arrival but in my experience these vipers like abandoned property and wild fields where they are left alone and stay away from areas where there's any regular movement. It's a squatter bc nobody lives there atm. I can't say I blame it either. My family had an old estate uninhaboted for many years where my kin would all meet up on hot summer days for a swim. The vipers loved that tall grass and rocky swimming area so we all wore rubber boots in case we arrived first and they'd all scatter and be gone in a few minutes. Nobody ever got bit in all those years. Besides the odd viper there's very little danger to humans in southern Europe from wildlife. You don't have to worry about insects, scorpions, gaters or spiders or anything.
Wow the location is amazing and with a little love the house and yard would be super. What a value. In Southern California where I live this place would cost millions!
Yes it totally would! Plus you cannot build anymore this close to the sea and the yard here is huge. You can see in proportion to the other yard that it is a lot bigger.
Everyone has different reasons, Many times people buy them for family vacations then the kids grow up and they don't take vacations together anymore so they sell. But again, everyone has their own reason.

That was my thought too John. New tile and paint would make it so fresh.

Absolutely, also coming from CA we realize what a value this entire area is!
It is amazing, lovely and so close to the beach! Really stunning!
It sure is!
I love this one. It’s beautiful as it is, but there are a few ways it could be decorated to make it fabulous.
I’m sure it would benefit from your personal touch!
Wow beautiful

Thanks Paul! Here in our area the Lidos run around 15-20€ and you can often get them for less outside the busy July-August season.
The price is not per person, but for a couple of beach bed.
Hi Frank-In Tropea front row is around 30 and back row is around 10
Love it!!!
We loved it too!
Oh god, what a dream!!!!!
It could be more than a dream and could be yours!
Very nice location, right next to the beach. Though, as a Dutchie, I have my doubts with regard to storms and high water hahaha.
We have not had a huge problems with that. These houses have bene here since the 70's and 80's.
Very descent property. I’ll keep watching your videos. Would like to own a property like that in the future to renovate and help disable veterans.
I love that idea! Write us when you are ready
@@SuperSavvyTravelersLLC I will because I am a veteran and I know veterans that have fought and struggle with certain issues. Thanks
How much did this property sold? For
I don't know. The prices for sold properties are not available to me. I do know it sold quickly.
What is the asking price?
390,000
Unbelievable!
I noticed there is a big crack on the upstairs outside column. Definitely not for me.

One of the reasons I am not a huge stucco fan for outside.
if i win the lotto i will buy one just like this. now i have to settle with something cheap
We'll keep our fingers crossed for you to pick the right numbers!
Ahhhh, 390 Euros.
@@SuperSavvyTravelersLLC thanks 😊

Hi Paul, best place to start looking for rentals is on www.idealists.it.
Anyone else notice the snake at the corner of the house at 2:27?
OMG! EEEEEEEEE!!! I am so glad I did not see that until now! That is HORRIFYING!!!!

It freaks me right out! I was so intent on the fig that I totally missed it! LOL! Glad to hear it was likely not venomous!

Mi piacerebbe capire cosa hai detto nell'ultimo video .non parlo l inglese sarebbe meglio mettere la traduzzione Grazie
Proverò a mettere i sottotitoli sui video. Grazie Ana!
Beautiful place. Great location. Luv that you would turn that boat planter into a bar!! I like how you think. ☺️
Thanks! LOL!
Why are people selling these beautiful homes?
Everyone has different reasons, Many times people buy them for family vacations then the kids grow up and they don't take vacations together anymore so they sell. But again, everyone has their own reason.
Is the house for sale? If so what’s the price? I find it hard to find the price in many of your videos which is frustrating
The price is €390,000
Lovely home!
We loved this one!
It’s ridiculous that you hide your prices. Why should we waste our time?
The price (€390,000) is clearly shown at 9:34 in this video. You could have asked us about it a year and a half ago when we listed this property....
