Just to add, although some ppl feel like 20k mthly household income is a lot, it isn’t. I looked around in cbd, 20-50k household income is very common.. 3mio 3 bedder will get very common soon
@@epeeeeeeeeeec So I’m low 5digit earner, my HR bump up my pay by 8% this year bcuz they research and found out I’m at lower percentile. So they need to push me one step towards median.. I’m non manager in finance.
Yes can :) Based on new launch growth per annum before Covid 20% is achievable in 5 years. Which just nice after top can collect positive cash flow as only 85% loan is disbursed. Which could help to partially recuperate the absd paid too, if need a detailed calculation I’m just a call away :)
Nobody comment, haha… I paid 1.9k psf for a 10+yrs old FH OCR 4 bedder at record price. Interest rate is high in comparison to the past, but I see that 2+% interest rate can be a norm in the next decade.. Buying at record price sucks but not hedging in this land scarce city is worse
