Those that make the most profits were those purchased 6-7 yrs ago when properties psf were lower , the rest purchase after covid will not make a lot..unless they cont to hold longer when 2000 Psf is entry norm lol
Those that bought 6-7 years back was in 2016 - 2019. Back then. It's was not cheap anyway. New launch was like $1500psf already. Freehold resale was $1200psf in RCR area...
Mine got 5% annual appreciation over 23 years!!
