    RCR selling $3,600 psf? Wonder if that’s a mistake. And anyway it would have been more helpful if the ST table which property is post-harmo psf (eg EOK). Thanks for video!

    Do you know who are the people buying these new launches? The proportion btw foreigners and locals? Your perceptions seem to stem from the assumption they are local buyers and the reasons given are based on local conditions. Due to the global uncertainties, foreigners may have their own reasons for buying Sg properties which are different from those of the locals.

      Conditions for remission of ABSD
      Under the respective FTAs, Nationals or Permanent Residents of the following countries will be accorded the same Stamp Duty treatment as Singapore Citizens:
      - Nationals and Permanent Residents of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland
      - Nationals of the United States of America.

      Thanks for your comment, what you say is valid but here’s an article for your reference.
      Also based on our observation most buyers were locals and pr, only a small percentage of foreigners.
      Data from PropNex noted that foreigners (non-PR) accounted for 4.7 per cent of the landed and non-landed private homes transacted on the new sale and resale market in 2024 as at Sept 3. The data was derived from URA’s Realis caveat database.
