Great job team, this win was special because it’s the first time you weren’t favorited to win, you didn’t have a great BoP going into this, and yall won like nyck said purely on expertise, form, and ability. And it’s even more special, again, due to all of those who said you guys will not win with actual competition. Good job Toyota!

Honestly it was really painful to see Ferrari throwing away the victory when rain started after being on pole for half of the race, but congratulations to TGZ for the performance overall and the victory!
This is what i love about wec. The fact that you have to fight for positions. Kevin estre is my favorite and will forever be, however that at the end was a big battle, for first, in the last half an hour!

Kamui Kobayashi is the best all time driver by a mile.
He proved it at both LMP1 and in hypercar classes.
FIA had to slow down Toyota by 6 seconds in Suzuka, in order to level its pace with Ferrari. Toyota was that fast in Suzuka, before implementation of the initial BOP rules!
Last year, as if it wasn't enough, FIA updated the rules just before LM24 at the expense of Toyota. Still I believe, that Kamui Kobayashi san would had won the race, if he wasn't being hit from behind.
Post LM24, FIA revisioned the rules and leveled the field.
In this year, Toyota is even more heavier. Weight is the most important factor on racing, because it affects the performance of tires throughout the race. Toyota's hypercars are at clear disadvantage in comparison this year. Which is why Toyota's win flabbergasted everyone. Chadian victory!
Glad Toyota has beaten Ferrari and Porsche! Sucks the revised 9X8 wasn't at the podium! Lets see if BoP will favour em in Spa next month.
