This video is so meaningful! The lesson on 'negative visualization' really made me understand that by preparing for the worst, we become stronger when facing reality. Thanks for the inspiration!
This video really captures the essence of Stoic wisdom! The idea of getting 1% better every day is such a powerful reminder that progress doesn’t have to be dramatic or instant. It’s all about consistent, mindful effort and focusing on what we can control. Small improvements compound over time, leading to a life rooted in virtue and resilience. Thanks for sharing this insight-Stoic principles truly are timeless! 💪📈
You're absolutely right-fear can paralyze us if we let it take control. But recognizing that fear is just a temporary emotion, we can choose to respond with courage and clarity instead. Keep pushing forward!
Amen. Glory be to GOD. Thank you for sharing as we navigate through this pilgrimage it is a blessing to continually live a blessed and Stoic life before the throne of GOD. All glory be to Jesus. Have a great rest of your day Soli deo gloria ❤❤
I am a subscriber since 2 months. I am closely following the daily life hacks from your videos. But , my friends complain that I have become more self - centered and quiet. So , how to socialize without loosing the tranquility of stoicism?
I totally get it, when you start focusing more on inner peace, it’s easy for others to feel like you’ve pulled back. I’ve been there too. The key is not to lose yourself in solitude, but to bring that calmness into your social life. It’s okay to step away when you need time for yourself, but when you’re with friends, show them you care by engaging fully. The balance will come naturally over time, and you’ll still hold onto the tranquility that Stoicism brings. Just keep going, and don’t stress about being perfect!
Your explanation of the 1% daily improvement through Stoic philosophy is truly inspiring. What’s one small habit you’re planning to change starting today?
No.1 the 1% I have never given thought to. 1% per day = 365% improvement per year
The narrator’s voice is soothing, with perfect diction and timing. Amazing work!
