Thank you! I have a Weber Spirit II and this video really helped. Replaced the burners, flavor bars, and the grilling grates. It was easier than I thought it would be. Getting the old screws out was the hardest part.
Thank you! Weber should be paying you a royalty. Unfortunately, the screws on mine were rusted beyond recognition. No way were they coming out. Was able to pry the old tubes out and slide the new ones in. Grill is 6 years old. Old tubes were so rusted, not sure how they were even working. Works great now.
Replacing mine today, just got the new tubes. I’m glad I ran across your video because I’m not the one who took the old tubes out(so that limits my knowledge already), and a few other videos I saw they had all the knobs off and wires exposed. I think it was for gas models not propane.
This video made it seem so easy. I ordered my replacement burners and couldn't wait to try. Good luck removing the screws that hold the burners. I couldn't get past step one. The screws wouldn't budge and now they are stripped. Back to the drawing board!
Thanks for this video it's going to help a lot. My parts just arrived so sometime this week I'll be replacing them. The instructions that came with the new burners would have me disassemble the manifold assembly but you just showed it's not necessary. I ordered the kit that includes the igniter just in case I were to break the ceramic taking the old one out so maybe that's why they have everything disassembled. The price difference for kit with the igniter was less than $5.00 so why not? Update: I did have to loosen the burner control panel to remove the burner tubes but that was easy to do, the entire process took about 15 minutes minutes. Thanks again.
I'm in the same boat as you. I received my burners and crossover today and the instructions made it seem like an awful lot of work. I'm very encouraged by how easy it seems based on this video.
hey great video, so you didnt remove the front panel, knobs and ignition wires from the front panel? When you put the burners back in did they just fit securely into place? I really thought you had to remove the whole front. Thanks!
My Spirit II E-310 is only a couple of months old and I am finding that the burner tubes are about 3/8th of an inch shorter than the span. In other words, when installed, they can be slid forward/backward quite a bit. Is this normal?

I'm having problems with the screws. You do anything special to loosen them up. I've tried everything but no luck
Thank you for this video. It made changing my burners a breeze!!
Great video! Right to the point. I was able to change by burners out in 5 minutes. Thank you

Awesome video!! Saved me a bunch of time. So much easier than the directions.
I've had the new tubes for a year but haven't tackled it yet. The instructions have you tear down the front panel. This video so much simpler.

Back to the drawing board!
Did you end up finding a way around this? I'm running in to the same issue. It looked so easy!
@@nicknack6042 Hello...NO...we ended up getting a new grill. I was hoping this would work but no luck.
Thank You from Germany. Great Video.
Excellent, concise video. Now I know how to change mine.

I just did it...no, none of that. The screws were an effing fun activity...over an hour for those three screws to come off that's all. Good luck.
I thought the same! It appears to be much tighter to slip the tubes out on my 210
