Crosley do build a true 45 rpm jukebox. Or more correctly it is built by Sound Leisure (Hand built quality and not a toy as mentioned below) and branded up for Crosley. the 45rpm 7" mechanism is available in the dome topped cabinets and the 50's style rocket cabinets : soundleisure.com/classic-jukeboxes/jukeboxes/vinyl-sl45-jukebox
they do (sort of) but theyre wayyyyyy overpriced and the mech is ugly and its instalation ill concieved its physically ugly and looks slammed in by a newbie diy"er not attrative (far better off buying a REAL juke say a seeburg 222 or really any seeburg a nice juke is the wurly 2300 s (first stereo) awesome sound great looks not one ugly thing about those and even a very good plus 2300 wouldnt dare go over 3500 these days at their height (in the early 90s) they hit 4k but all jukes plunged in price since then bc the boomers are selling off their toys now and many can be found for anything from 800 to 24 2400 why would anyone lay out 10k or over for anything like this anyway??? makes zero sense to me i could see if they were nice and i suppose the 1014 wannabes are fine but those disgusting 45 rpm jobs are just gross theyve sort have dressed up the all so ran 80's 90's rowe/ami mech by i guess coloring in the guid wheels? then somehow slammed that ugly mech into a not so bad looking box..ok the wood and glass look just fine but only to showcase that gross made even worse mech? just say..wtf then a hearty..NO THANKS!! if you live in the ct area let me know and i'll help you find a nice used machine you can be utterly proud to own at most prob a 1/25th the price 10gs? lol no way man no
well all I can say it it is a big step up then the crappy portable turntables crosley makes they are crap and this at least has a nice amp and mechanism.I am thinking why cant they make the low end audio sound like this and be all metal are they that desperate to have people hate them to make all plastic junk . this is the type of quality that should be in all of their products .
why are there sp many seperate cd mechs in this machine??? why isnt there one mech that travels end to end? seeburg was able to do it w 45 records 70 odd years ago yet what do we see here? a mech that looks like it can only travel 20 at a time xx3 mechs?? why? more moving parts means more break downs..waste of motion and again? very unattractive..
since rowe went bankrupt in 2006 there are only two manufacturers in the world building jukeboxes. Sound Leisure are the only one to have been in the same ownership since it started in 1978 - no other manufacturer of jukeboxes can claim this. We hand build our jukeboxes to be as close to the original cabinet designs as possible. We have mechanisms for 45rpm 7" / 12" LP and CD - all with bluetooth. I'm not sure how you claim this jukebox to be a toy? It is a commercial grade piece of technology. There are no plastic adornments or fake chrome -

Crosley hi-end products are other brands (such as this - Sound Leisure Classic Jukeboxes) - branded for crosley. :)
