One thing that I love about this song is most parents don't realize just how much they're looked up to and idolized by their children. To many their parent's are their role model and want to be just like them. It should be a reminder to act like you want them to and help it make you a better person for them.
We are living in an interesting world, when a young black woman is introducing an old white man to country music. I like it.
I got to meet my dad when I was 18 and it's crazy how I just met him and everything about me is exactly like him, from the way I look, the way I dress, the dark humor we have, and the look on life. I've missed him without realizing I've missed him
I Loved Her First - Heartland
Such a sweet song!
You might try Brad Paisley, “He Didn’t Have To Be.” I think you’ll really like that one.
YES!! I second and third this haha
I requested it on Patreon so she should be reacting to it before the month is over! 😉👍
@@azmusiclover3384 Nice! I'm excited haha
Please!!
More parents should realize their kids absorb how they act and the examples they set. They should act accordingly. It's important.
It's true, I use phrases like "jeet swesus" cause my dad used that a lot and he always listed his gaming files on the PS2 as Pops and so now I call him pops or pa
React to If You're going thru Hell or Cleaning this Gun by him
Also a song from him called He's Mine
Todd Hodges both of those hell yes
Yes please both of these. Rodney is underrated
The boy is singing "Going Through Hell" at the start of the video, It's another good song by his Dad, Rodney Atkins.
I've always said, Kids won't listen to you, but they will watch you. Great Reaction.
That song led to the inspiration for this one.... Rodney got a call from school...
“ Boys of Fall” by Kenny Chesney. The music video is amazing the song is amazing it makes me miss playing football so much. The speeches by the coaches in the video can make you kinda get choked up
My son is almost 27....and this is still his song to his dad. Thanks for the memories ☮️ and ❤️
You should do “he’s mine by Rodney Adkins”
Cynthia Brooke hell yes! That song reminds me of me and my dad
I found this by searching for a reaction to He’s Mine
One of my favorites by him 😂😂😂
Fun fact:
The little boy is actually Rodney Atkins’s son.
Kristin Keiner Another Fun Fact: Rodney Atkins made this song because his son got in trouble at school when he was in the lunch line started singing “If Your Going Through Hell”. All because Rodney Atkins decided to practice his vocals at home
This was me and my son's song when he was little, Every time it came on he would get happy and say there's "Buckaroo" that's what he called it, He's 21 now.
Just found this video and this was also a song my dad played when I was little. Im 20 now and still tear up when I hear it
This song is a very wholesome reminder to watch how you behave around all little children because if they idolize you, they'll start copying all everything you do.
I ain't gonna lie...I always like seeing you wipe tears off your eyes as you smile. The raw emotions you bring in every reaction video made me subscribe. It's really beautiful. Much love from Kenya. 🇰🇪
Stealing Cinderella is a wonderful Dad & daughter song by Chuck Wicks.
That little boy is lucky to have an amazing man like Tim as his dad. To anyone reading this, treasure your dad/mom because in the end they’ll always be there for you.
"Little Girl" by John Michael Montgomery
If she's crying listening to this... I don't think she could handle that lol
She is not ready for this song!
I don't think I've seen you react to any Garth Brooks yet, so I'd like to see you react to The Dance or If Tomorrow Never Comes.
Most of the Garth Brooks on UA-cam are covers
Two of my favorite songs ever
As soon as I saw the title to the song I knew you were gonna be smiling and tearing up. You didn't disappoint! Keep being you, you're such a breath of beautiful fresh air. :-)
I love your channel. I enjoy you not being afraid to wear your emotions on your sleeve. Music is the only thing to allow me to do the same. Keep going fantastic!
I cried too watching this video
I'm 55 and my only son is 5 years old
When I come home at night he's waiting for me He says Dad love you and gives me a big hug
I'm 22 and I still want to be like my dad, hard workin and strong. I love my dad!
As I was reminded once, we are often the only book some people ever read. And we are the first book our kids ever read. So if we want them to learn the right things, we have to make sure they read the right book, if you know what I'm talking about.
Enjoyed watching this one... thanks!
I just loved your reaction to this. It was so sweet and genuine. I agree. There is something sweet about a child just worshipping their daddy.
This song just warms my heart.
I got to see him for free where I was born at a festival great guy and singer
No joke, this is like the third song I ever learned the words to, to sing along with, when I was nine or so.
You're such a kind soul and you can tell by your true emotion.
I Like that You show your true emotions
So stoked your doing the reaction to this great Father and Son song, this is the song I've been singing to my 4yr old since he was born now he sings it every time we're in the car and mom loves to hear us sing it together! It's mine and my sons song👍Me and my son are 2 peas in a pod, we are vest buds and just alike👨👧💙
Out of all the reaction videos I watch, I love coming to your page the most. You feel the song the same way that I do and I love that.
You are such a joy to watch, you are sweet and kind, I am a fan wish the world could take a queue.
I remember when this song first came out, My son and grandson came to visit me and this song was playing on their radio and they were singing along together, and they were both
about the same ages as these two were, Thanks for the memories.
This is one of my favorite songs and I saw him in concert ..makes me cry happy tears every time..I’m subbed to the sushi fam.😁
Just started watching u love u , u love the military n the way u react love it
Great reactions you don’t hide your emotions such a breath of fresh air you are awesome
I really love your reactions Hell sometimes you cry on a song I’ve never and it gets me too crying , I’m like dam !
One of my favorites! Shows how important it is to teach your kids by example!❤. Loving these song choices!
This is so true. My 3 year old had me laughing one day. He said "Oh, God bless America. What in the name of cheese and crackers are you doin?!"
They will repeat EVERYTHING and mimic everything. Wouldn't trade it for the world though.
*There's something about Dads*
As another country singer sang, "When tough little boys grow up to be Dads, they turn into big babies again."
You have the sweetest soul . I love your reactions and your big heart.
Her reaction shows her heart and it’s a good one.
IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS IN LIFE THAT WE NOTICE TO BE PRECIOUS AND EVER LASTING MEMORIES. ❤
I cry every time I hear this song. Damn, someone is cutting onions as I type this.
When my son was 2 this came out and became our song for life
Don't feel bad I have watched this music video hundreds of times and still makes me ball like a baby.
This is my oldest son and I first song we sang together when he was 4 . To his mom . My now ex . But we still sing together . Great memories
I love this song it brings back a lot of memories when I was a young boy back in the 70's looking up to my dad..John Michael Montgomery has a beautiful song called "The Little Girl" you should listen to that one it's one of the best by him..
I envy those who have this relationship with their father.
Love this song!
My son refers to this as his and mine song..and i completely agree with him...
I’ve been told since this song came out “this reminds me of you and your dad” and I always kinda agreed, even now at 28 I still do what he does to the point he’s my foreman 😂
One of my faves me and my dad sing and cry together to this song
You should do a reaction video to "GO REST HIGH ON THAT MOUNTAIN" by Vince Gill. That one gets me every time.
Real reaction here! First one I’ve ever seen where someone cries!
This song has a very important message that I think many people might not take seriously enough... Be very careful how you behave, because your kid is watching your every move. They do as you do, not as you say. If you model negative behavior you are very likely damaging your kid for life, because it's exteeeemely hard to unlearn behaviors that you learn during those critical years as a child. Most of them will stick with you for life. At that age, you're creating the adult that they will someday become.
Aww bless you x
Zac brown band-Highway 20 ride
Garth Brooks- the dance
Brooks and Dunn- If you see her if you see him
Keith Whitley-dont close your eyes
Those songs are awesome to listen to you should definitely react to them
This song makes me cry every time.
Please react to George Strait's A love without end Amen.
That is my second favorite George Strait song! The only one I like more is The Road Less Traveled.
@@Tar-Numendil I love that song and many others of his. He has so many great songs that it's hard to have a favorite.
I love the genuine reactions 😊
This is a great song for any parent. Have you considered reacting to Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, "Let's make love"? A great song by a husband and wife duo.
Hell yes you did it
You should listen to walk a little straighter by Billy currington
codyrj2011 this one is amazing. I tear up with goosebumps. Had a step dad I lived through this with.
Used to play this song all the time when my son was that age to him
Hell yeah i suggested this one. You should do i loved her first now
CLEANING THIS GUN by Rodney Atkins
I've listened to this song so many times and I'm just realizing his son was singing his song if you're going through hell
A PRIME example why the little ones need both parents.
i used to sing this to my grandson when he was little to get to sleep, my son called me and wanted to know what i did to get him to sleep. As I explain my son is cussing me out ... lol ... because he can't carry a tune ... lol ... needless to say i didn't babysit at night anymore ... lol ...
When I was a kid my dad worked his ass off so when he was home I was his shadow had a lot of good times, he died when I was 10 in a car accident. Song hit me hard the first time I heard it.
Hey I love that tune , I been gone for a bit had a rough go of it but kept pushing forward .
Things are great now .
Great video cheers
I didn’t look through all the comments so,someone might have already said this but that is Rodney’s real life son, Elijah, in the video with him.
If you’re going to listen to country. You have to react to the King of country George Straight. I suggest give it away or I crossed my heart
Bryan Knutson or I got a car
I suggest all of his songs.
How about The Chair
Or if we're going George Strait go with How about them cowgirls
Rodney Atkins has another good one in a similar manner called "He's mine".
And because you have a daughter, Carrie Underwood's "All-American girl" might be more appropriate.
a very nice song sang by Martina Mcbride, written by Johnny Cash , called, .... I Still Miss Someone. video with lyrics is best.
I've always loved this song, but when I had my son, this song hits differently.
“Angels Hands” -Rodney Atkins is a very powerful song, At the least listen to it someday
Good video, good message, great reaction.
Butterfly Kisses by Jeff Carson and I Loved Her 1st By Heartland
Just started watching you here. I love the genuine raw emotion you show. What genres are you wanting?
Just wanted to make a request and the song is called "I Don't Call Him Daddy" by Doug Supernaw. The song will resonate with a lot of single dads and what they go thru when they see them and when go home with mom and step dad. It's a definite tear jerker from the beginning to the end without a doubt but it sheds light on the way it is when Dad is gonna see his son on the weekend😭 I guarantee the song will not disappoint nor will its story and message.
As always, love your reactions! You're super sweet! 😊🎶🎸💕🍣
You should check out 'Butterfly Kisses' by Bob Carlisle. It is a beautiful song about a father and daughter!
That song the boy was singing in the begining of the video was 'if youre going through hell' hope u could react to it..
You should listen to Dan and Shay speechless
Any Guy can father a kid, it takes a Man to be a Dad! It takes patience, kindness, time, and love! Thanks!!
The song makes me laugh. My son copies every little thing I do. Some of it good some of it not so good. But I'm a goddamn proud dad
I would like to see your reaction on Zombie by the Cranberries
That is Rodney’s real life son. He is like 18 now.
As a dad of a five year old boy this song gets to me very touching
A very good song. I have a son. He's grown now.I've been a guitar player for years. Josh always said that he wanted to be better than me. He is pretty good. My equal for sure. He's alot better drummer than me.
This is actually based on a true story. His son got in trouble in school for singing Rodney's song "If you're going through hell." The part at the end when his son is singing that song is actually what happened.
The song that turned me onto country music
Toby Keith's I Love this bar
Please react to his song he's mine. It is one of my personal favorites.
Unfortunately kids also see the bad that you do and that is why being a great parent is more than just providing food, shelter, clothing and toys. They learn so much from their parents including how to treat other people and having respect for themselves and others.
Gotta do some Queen reactions, Sushi! 7 days of Freddie Mercury would be awesome.
I LIKE YOUR REACTION VIDS.
You mentioned in one video that U were looking
for more (MILITARY related stuff.)
Would you please consider "LETTERS FROM HOME"
from (JOHN MICHAEL MONTGOMERY). He is a
COUNTRY music artist. I rarely can make it through
this song without losing it.
He also has a song called "THE LITTLE GIRL"
which you might think about commenting on.
These come from the late 90's-2000's.
MUCH APPRECIATED.
Keep it up.
