they don't have subtitle giving them that his mother died while constructing bridge
The subtitle wasn't clear as it only mentioned that his mom died in an accident. In fact, she died during the construction of a bridge when a pillar fell on her.

the subtitles is absolute crap..vijay clearly mentioned that jeeva escaped from jail and he saw that in news...the subtitles sucks at sometimes in some other scenes also..try to get it as good as possible so that u can connect to the depth of the movie..great reaction btw❤
they rented the movie on amazon prime. I don't think they can do anything about the subtitle quality if it's this bad even on amazon.
@@TheStickyDynamite Yeah, that's the problem. Sites like UA-cam (official movie renting platform) actually put more effort in subtitles rather than Amazon Prime.
He didn't see it in the news. He listened to it on the radio. Earlier in the movie one of the elderly asks him if Jeeva was listening to Hindi News and someone else was saying no he's actually listening to Bengali news afaik.

Subtitles were little bit off...kathir's mother died in constructing bridge and a pillar fell on her,thats y Kathir was sitting under that bridge and talking to her
For your information guys it was just a minute detailing made by the director , at 25:00 They've shown like Jeeva sitting under a bridge, which was the reference of his friend meant to the old people about his ( Jeeva's ) mother death during 19:15.... Not an important thing to notice still it was really nice.

Always wondered how Kaththi is still underrated. Its AR Muragadoss' most balanced films. Still think it has Vijay's best performance, Leo and Master come close in terms of performance.

But Kaththi is the way best in another way which blend both Massive scenes with a farmer issue.
It is different.
in term of Vijay's performance Leo > Kaththi > Master > Thupakki.
in term of best movie Kaththi >= Thupakki > Leo > Master.

While you said you need a fight from both of them, but the director made the other character as an ordinary man who is very innocent.

One of the reasons I love this movie is it isn't one hero that saves them. It takes Jeeva and Kathir and the support of many more people working together.

great reaction for the second half. Vijay is usually good at doing dual roles, however, he has done triple roles before as well. Some Vijay movies that Micheal should check out. Master(2021), Leo(2023),Sarkar(2018). Also, Vijay will be acting in one more movie which is his 69th movie, directed by H Vinoth. After that, around 2025 to 2026 he is switching careers to full-time politician. He already has his own political Party as well.

I don't think there is any other movie that I have seen which has a great story acting and mass elements with one of the best BGM you could ask for in an Indian film. The background music of Ani literally uplifted every scene in the film to a whole new level 🔥❤️❤️❤️ I don't care if anyone say that Ani would have copied it from somewhere. He really did put a lot of effort to tune it in the finest way possible and made it memorable. This is the first film I watched 3 times in Theatres. Until that time I have only watched two or three comedy movies starting Dileep (Malayalam actor) multiple times in theatres. Even though I liked Thuppakki ❤️❤️🔥🔥 and would have watched it multiple times I couldn't because I was really young and my parents didn't allow me 😂 Anniyan, Pokkiri, Thuppakki, Katthi and Ghajini will always be an emotion 😢❤❤🔥🔥 i starting Vikram was also an emotion before it's release because that was the first film I was excited to watch in theatres immediately and made me understand how much hype or adrenaline rush a movie could give us. Even though I didn't like it that much I still went to see it three times in theatres. Nowadays I rarely watch films in theatres unless it is Vijay, Mohanlal, Mammootty or Suriya film.
One of the greatest film of my man! The performance man gave and the mannerism differentiation he gave. But the subtitles could have been more clear. You should try all of his movies, as he's got only one more movie... Do react to GOAT as its coming on Netflix on Oct 3rd.
