As a telugu audience, I fell in love with this movie. Vijay sir blew me away with his exceptional performance of this multi layered character. I became a fan of Thalapathy Vijay. LCU movies are hollywood level ! Lokesh & Anirudh are on 🔥💚
It's so shocking to see this review from a telugu guy but most of the Telugu guys are trolling vijay & praising suriya as they adopted the son of telugu but actually TN knows the Power of thalapathy vijay over suriya !!
After watching Leo a few times, my though is this scene could have been a trap set by Leo. Firstly, he is known for his skills in setting traps. Secondly the scene began with his evil smirk thinking of what Joshy said. He was aware of the 'killing spree', the vehicle parked outside and whatnot being suspicious, yet he was waiting for them to come. He did have the volume of the gramophone up as well to attract them.
He wouldn't risk his daughter's life for that. That just doesn't make sense. He clearly doesn't knew what was coming to him in this coffee shop incident.
I would think that he's imagining that the killings are done by someone related to Das&Co. It's why he seems so distressed and disturbed in the beginning.
Nice theory, it didn't occur to me. But it would be the case only if he didn't bring his daughter to the coffee shop with him.... Good analysis nevertheless :D
This cafe fight scene is astonishingly choreographed and actor Vijay and team executed flawlessly and overall the fight scene is crisp and engaging audience to the edge of the seat. Well done by director Lokesh Kanagaraj. He always creates fight scenes with goosebumps 👍👍

Leo is a villain, and he is trying to keep the secret at any cost. He doesn't want anyone, whether his enemies or friends from his past, to know about his new life. Moreover, he is crying after the restaurant fight scene because he knows that all the efforts that he has made in all these years to hide Leo are gone.
This scene is realism. In most indian films, the hero is a normal guy in one scene and in the other, he kills like 5 people and is totally fine. Killing someone for the first time in life is so depressing. It's not easy to just kill a person. The amount of guilt you get after doing that is immense. This movie showed that. This is one of the difference in Lokesh's way of filming 🔥
