I recommend, instead of using those caps, using C4. Way more effective. Especially if you're shooting Iron Man..

Well, C4 isn't a reactive explosive. I recommend getting an extended charge for a 12 gauge shotgun shell. And shooting the shell from a dart.

Ethan Weiss Black powder only explodes if you put some serious pressure on it. In a soft material like this it would just burn its way out.

What? How does that resolve the problem? Smokeless powder will still just burn, just faster. You need pressure in order for it to explode. Powder on paper towel = fire. Powder in a pipe = pipe bomb.
