Its Sevii the karabin is one shot with stopping power, combine that with an 4x acog scope and rapid fire and this is easy the strongest in the game right now.
thunder horse it’s like hardcore with only players having 30% health but in core you have 40% damage using stopping power and the bolt action snipers have a 70% damage base with no multiplayer’s

Hey Ace! Stopping Power on Shotguns does a lot... It makes them most consistent. On the combat Shotgun, it seems that it affects the base damage (not so sure about the damage per pellet bonus) and increases the damage you can deal over range. Also the toggle action is better with double tap

The issue with building stopping power built in is that as you sort of said your self, it's essentially a direct nerf to all shotguns. The point of the playlist(and what makes it so fun) isn't just the stopping power, it's also running jug on a shotgun class, or triple stun grenades on and SMG class, or the various other fun things you can do. Also while I agree in some cases higher TTK is good, it's what directly causes the anger against shotguns and sniper rifles. If it takes me 5-6 shots to kill a sniper from not very far with my AR or SMG(because of quick damage fall off) but they still have an instant kill, it's when people begin to feel less outskilled an more cheated. While people always did complain a bit about shotguns before, the sheer amount of complaints about "no skill combat shotgun users" has to be at least 3-4 times higher than any other CoD(with the exception of BO2 Remington which is the first CoD where maps started because extremely close ranged). Prior to this, if I saw a shotgun user and shot him 2-3 times with a quick firing weapon, he died. Now you can shoot them up to 5 times with certain weapons and still have them kill you with a single shell. I don't PERSONALLY have a problem with this, but it's definitely the main reason with the surge of "OP shotgun and sniper" complaints.
i have seen a somewhat significant effect of stopping power on shotguns, i used the combat shotgun with incendiary shells and stopping power and it seemed to be getting alot of one shot kills without needing to burn them to death, so if you use those two on the combat shotgun you can shoot faster because of the incendiary shells while keeping if not increasing your one shot potential, but thats just based off of my play time in the mode
A gamemode (or just game, itself) with “stopping power built in” is what cod has needed since after MW2. Since everyone used stopping power in MW2, essentially all guns dropped a shot to kill, so - slow firing two shot kills (SCAR-H, TAR21, AK47), faster firing three shot kills (M4A1, ACR, F2000). Nowadays, damage has been dialed back so much that even full auto rifles (and even one semi auto) don’t even one shot across the map in hardcore. I’ve been saying they need a game mode in between core and hardcore (if they’re keeping core the way it is) for years.
I'm gong to use Juggernaut all the time in this playlist for the same reason I used Juggernaut all the time in Modern Warfare and its remaster: to make the snipers and quickscopers EARN their one-shot kills instead of them getting lucky with a foot shot. I 100% agree with what you said about a slower time-to-kill being better and more enjoyable, and me running Juggernaut helps that too.
Also on the combat shotgun it’s much more reliable with stopping power. Basicly when you sprint with gunslinger and without steady aim, it kills basicly anything that it in the spread and in range. I get a lot of collateral shots with it at Shipment as well.

I think a mode with stopping power build in won't be the same. The thing with stopping power is the chance of playing against people who are not running it. That said, a faster time to kill is also not really necessary. I just think the gun balancing in the future should be more close overall. This way all guns will have around the same time to kill in reality and not only on paper.
If you want lower time to kill play HC.. The only reason stopping power and double tap are fun is that there are a lot of people playing for Dbl XP and they weak to the powa. I'm with you the higher TTK is a test of gun skill by staying on target. I don't want Halo TTK or anything but 250ms really isn't anything but it feels like matrix bullet time when you're in the moment.

I do see your point with sustained accuracy, but I feel I should be rewarded for holding a position, not punished just because my opponent feels it was unfair that I'm just smarter or better fortified. I’m not sure if the perks show up in the firing range but the hip fire did not change with double tap. But stopping power doesn’t show up as well so I think it’s just the firing range that negates it.
Does stopping power make headshots on smgs more worth going for because normally the 1.1x headshot damage doesn't do anything but with the 40% could that make like the grease guns mp40 and Sterling a 2 shot headshot?

I like the time to kill with stopping power on my guns waaay better than the ttk in the default game. It feels more like in the older modern warfare titels ! I hope the average time to kill in the next CoD will be lowerd :)

I prefer the faster time to kill because I find I can react and kill a second enemy that shoots me after I had a gun fight with a first and have taken some damage from him and still stand a chance if he has missed a bullet or two and I hit my three. It evens up multiple target encounters in close quarters. If I'm 1 shot and it takes me three shots to kill, I have a better chance of surviving then if it takes me 6 shots to kill him.
If people want a faster ttk, Hardcore is to your right, my good sir. That being said, I agree that it should be auto included in the throwback playlist so we can be able to make use of other classic perks, I for one would love to bring back the PPSH back to it's Bullethose days with Double Tap and Rapid Fire. You should have explained how to use/select those new (old) perks and that there is a tab for it. Because I figured not a lot of ppl used them during the weekend. What led to some very unbalanced battles (seen in the video) and even more game quitters imo.

I think that they should keep this throwback moshpit but make it so you can take 2 basic trainings, 1 normal and 1 throwback. We could have 3 different "throwback" perks in MW/WAW and this its just one.
One thing I would like to seem them do is have a Playlist where you can have 2 basic trainings instead of one. It would be nice to have both blitzkrieg and hustle on my class at once rather than one. They could also mix this into the throwback Playlist as well. As far as the throwback playlist, I think they should keep it as a permanent game mode or allow us to use them in custom games, just so that we will always have access to them in some way. I want to have fun all of the time, not some of the time.
Have you tested stopping power on the Sterling? Because I could swear I get 2 shot kills from the sterling up close. For me it has been shredding. Therefore I also assumed the damage modifier to be 1.5x.
It puts the m1a1 where it needs to be, to be a viable gun. But in general I proffered the 3 shot kill standard from older cod games not the 4 shot from the bouncy cod games
I’ve said this time... and time again. For 9 whole years (maybe 10) that stopping power should’ve been in ALL Call of Duty games. It’s the perk that gave you more power to kill, but you get no other benefit. I mean other than the benefit of killing others faster, you couldn’t hide from radar, get kill streaks easier or faster, or reload, or sprint faster or anything. Now that this is in, I’m shredding with stopping power, i don’t care about kill streaks, I like winning, and maaaaaaaaan winning never felt more fun with stopping power.
Jeff K it was the most used perk in CoD 4, MW2, and WaW. Again, the only thing it benefits is time to kill. Nothing more. Damage from your bullets. No faster reload, no extra equipment, no extra killstreaks (or score streaks).
The ITRA with Stopping Power is how it should’ve been by default. Also, Stopping Power reminds me back when COD actually made good guns and how retarded weapon damage has been in the last few games. Ghosts and MW3 were the last two games to actually have good weapon damage
I believe fast ttk is the way to go in cod. If people genuinely care about the fairness of a gun fight they should play battlefield. Cod has always been about who can wreck the most with these awesome guns and super micheal bay streaks from military movies. Ww2 changed all this by promoting camping, boring simple streaks, and weak guns. This is the reason why people like treyarch and older modern warfare games. They are fast paced, all or nothing play style, and overall fun to play. Meanwhile sledgehammer is just appealing to esports and nostalgia. Ww2 doesn't have any more content than cod 3 except for loot boxes, streaks and next Gen graphics
Hey ace double tap is broken on any automatic weapon. In game it works on semi autos but with full autos they ammo count goes down really fast like it should but the fire rate seems the same

Have you tried the toggle action? It's usually a 2 shot kill so you'd think stopping power would help make it one shot.

I like the time to kill with stopping power on my guns waaay better than the ttk in the default game.
It feels more like in the older modern warfare titels !
I hope the average time to kill in the next CoD will be lowerd :)
BIackSkillX Don’t count on it. Unfortunately, the next COD is BO4 from Treyarch and they’re known for having a retarded slow TTK in their games. Hopefully Infinity Ward’s next game goes back to Ghosts and MW3 damage and TTK
I prefer the faster time to kill because I find I can react and kill a second enemy that shoots me after I had a gun fight with a first and have taken some damage from him and still stand a chance if he has missed a bullet or two and I hit my three. It evens up multiple target encounters in close quarters. If I'm 1 shot and it takes me three shots to kill, I have a better chance of surviving then if it takes me 6 shots to kill him.

If people want a faster ttk, Hardcore is to your right, my good sir. That being said, I agree that it should be auto included in the throwback playlist so we can be able to make use of other classic perks, I for one would love to bring back the PPSH back to it's Bullethose days with Double Tap and Rapid Fire. Dakka dakka dakka mothafuckas!

I completely understand what you mean about slow ttk but I love fast ttk it just feels so good every few cods I feel they should make a fast ttk game

You should have explained how to use/select those new (old) perks and that there is a tab for it. Because I figured not a lot of ppl used them during the weekend. What led to some very unbalanced battles (seen in the video) and even more game quitters imo.

I think that they should keep this throwback moshpit but make it so you can take 2 basic trainings, 1 normal and 1 throwback. We could have 3 different "throwback" perks in MW/WAW and this its just one.
One thing I would like to seem them do is have a Playlist where you can have 2 basic trainings instead of one. It would be nice to have both blitzkrieg and hustle on my class at once rather than one. They could also mix this into the throwback Playlist as well. As far as the throwback playlist, I think they should keep it as a permanent game mode or allow us to use them in custom games, just so that we will always have access to them in some way. I want to have fun all of the time, not some of the time.
but what if people started using requisitions mixed with ordinance or blitzkreig? im sure that would be annoying

Stopping power built in would make more sense to me makes the game feel more balanced with a couple of exceptions of course Karabin would be one
Have you tested stopping power on the Sterling? Because I could swear I get 2 shot kills from the sterling up close. For me it has been shredding. Therefore I also assumed the damage modifier to be 1.5x.

It puts the m1a1 where it needs to be, to be a viable gun. But in general I proffered the 3 shot kill standard from older cod games not the 4 shot from the bouncy cod games
I’ve said this time... and time again. For 9 whole years (maybe 10) that stopping power should’ve been in ALL Call of Duty games. It’s the perk that gave you more power to kill, but you get no other benefit. I mean other than the benefit of killing others faster, you couldn’t hide from radar, get kill streaks easier or faster, or reload, or sprint faster or anything. Now that this is in, I’m shredding with stopping power, i don’t care about kill streaks, I like winning, and maaaaaaaaan winning never felt more fun with stopping power.
It would be the only used perk. That's not good for the game.
Jeff K it was the most used perk in CoD 4, MW2, and WaW. Again, the only thing it benefits is time to kill. Nothing more. Damage from your bullets. No faster reload, no extra equipment, no extra killstreaks (or score streaks).

The ITRA with Stopping Power is how it should’ve been by default. Also, Stopping Power reminds me back when COD actually made good guns and how retarded weapon damage has been in the last few games. Ghosts and MW3 were the last two games to actually have good weapon damage

I believe fast ttk is the way to go in cod. If people genuinely care about the fairness of a gun fight they should play battlefield. Cod has always been about who can wreck the most with these awesome guns and super micheal bay streaks from military movies. Ww2 changed all this by promoting camping, boring simple streaks, and weak guns. This is the reason why people like treyarch and older modern warfare games. They are fast paced, all or nothing play style, and overall fun to play. Meanwhile sledgehammer is just appealing to esports and nostalgia. Ww2 doesn't have any more content than cod 3 except for loot boxes, streaks and next Gen graphics

Hey ace double tap is broken on any automatic weapon. In game it works on semi autos but with full autos they ammo count goes down really fast like it should but the fire rate seems the same
It does work, just not in the firing range. All of my testing was done within actual public matches and it DOES increase rate of fire by 30%
