- After much request and many delays, I have finally got a video here to show you all of my loose diecast cars and trucks in the Johnny Lightning 1/64 scale display. Join me for a tour of the Diecast Museum and Hot Wheels Room, where I will show you each and every car I have collected from J.L. over the last 15 years.
Of the many cars and trucks featured in this video, you will find the following: Chevy, Ford, Dodge, GMC, Pontiac, Buick, Oldsmobile, Cadillac, Lincoln, Jeep, AMC, Plymouth, International, Toyota, Honda, Porsche, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Mercury, and Hummer, just to name a few!
Many of these models are vintage releases, and some are new. Discussion on the comparison of diecast brands is also a topic, with mentions to Greenlight, Auto World, Hot Wheels, and Matchbox.
Specifically, there are a lot of very interesting and popular models from the above mentioned auto manufacturers. great to see your Johnny Lightning collection, I have lots of them because they were the first on the scene to produce wagons in many variations, I have a very extensive Cadillac Ambulance and Hearse collection from JL. cant wait for the new Kingswood estate zinger that is coming out this month called Driftwood

Oof that would be really tough for me not to open my die-cast! If I find duplicates at the stores I get them and keep them in their package, but otherwise, I set them free and keep the cards! :)) But I strictly keep chase ones sealed haha
And im over here thinking the Hummer 4 door I just got was the first time they had Hummers.. ha. Super collection.. You were the one who inspired me!

I have a couple of the older JLs too, the one old police car to the far left is either the first or second car on the Andy Griffith Show. Nice collection man👍🏻 can’t wait to see the rest of the collection………..

Hi, I am curious to know what type of vintage cars do you show in the video around 11:34-11:35, at the bottom of the holder box, but right above the VW cars? (From the left it's the white, the dark red with the white roof and next is the grey... and what is that black-green one? I hope you will reply! Thanks.

I have quite a few muscle cars from Johnny in my collection, but i mainly collect their "Street Freaks" nowadays because i like their variety and you get castings you can't easily find from other manufacturers. And just like Championdjk have said "you just can't have everything". Anyway, you have a fantastic collection of Johnnies there. And yes, i use a magnifying glass to read the names on the bases :) may i suggest Greenlight for one of your next videos? Thanks for ahowing all these!

You have good taste in what LEGO appeals to you. I still have all my sets (in pieces and discom-bob-u-lated) from my first little set I got in 1997 to the last one I got in 2013. I rebuilt them once and washed all of them in 2011 (the water was so disgustingly gross) so I had a database of what I had - but lost the photos in data loss in 2014 :( I need to build them all again but nothing is cleaned up to do that yet.
Lego is fun, I have to admit. Been a lego fan since a very young age

Awesome😊👍🏻🤘🏻A really cool brand you should get is Biante 1/64. They are from Australia only but they are the tlv of Australia but to be honest, I think Biante does a better job when it comes to details from the interior and exterior of their vehicles. Most of there cars are Australian vehicles like the Ford Falcons and so on. A lot of there older 1/64 castings are becoming rare too find from the 70s,80s Australian muscle cars. I been watching a lot of 70s,80s and early 90s classic races from the Australian Bathurst 1000 and that's what got me more interested about collecting them. The only downside is the expensive shipping from Australia unless there is a Merchant in North America.

Hey my friend that’s awesome tour that you showed cool hot wheels cars matchbox Johnny lightning and auto world as well I like the way you have your display organized with every diecast cars you have take it from me I have not yet displayed my diecast cars yet because they all still in there packages still haven’t figured it out how to display them but where did you get that white display case on your walls keep dropping more video post homie

Oh okay thanks my friend I’ll make sure I look up on line Amazon because I always shop on line and that’s Amazon for sure I always gets hot wheels cars and matchbox cars and more I was a hobby collector back in the 90’s then something went wrong back then and fast thing forward in 2017 my four grown kids and my wife inspired me to start my hobby collecting again that I only love the best so I did jump back to my hobby collecting again and now I have been hobby collecting every sense for 4 years now and still hobby collecting for sure but not only my family inspired me into hobby collecting again every sense I have been watching your UA-cam channel video post and every hobby video hobby UA-cam channel you everyone else has kept me inspired to keep on going with my hobby collecting and never stop for sure lol so keep dropping more video post my friend god bless

@5:47 there's a red white and blue AMX JAVELIN on the right side of the pink one that is a mystery car ,I was lucky enough to find one. It's the only mystery car that I've ever seen from Johnny Lightning. I was curious to know if you are aware of any other mystery cars from Johnny Lightning.

I have a question? If a Jonny Lightning White Lightning Chase card states 1 of 3000, is it 1 of 3000 or is a "chase" a percentage of the 3000? Thank you.
A JL chase is usually 2% of the total production number, so about 60 white lightnings should exist in a run of 3000

Seeing the die cast museum makes me wonder what the square footage is.....seems huge.......
1000 square feet approximately, but I could definitely use 3 times that space

Ive always heard if you open the package then its not worth as much as if it was in the original packaging. Does it or does it not matter?
In the package is going to be worth a little bit more, but not tremendously more. Sometimes I have bought cars that are loose that cost me more than they would have in the package, because they were in mint condition
