Dear Me, 致親愛的我 - Joanne, Mind HK Ambassador 心聆大使故事分享

我們邀請了幾位心聆大使分享他們與精神健康和污名相關的故事，一同創作了這系列影片。Joanne 分享了他寫給過去的自己的信以及背後的心路歷程。我們希望藉此帶出了解精神健康的新角度。
「我就是我」消除污名計劃在2021年由 Mind HK 與香港思健合作策劃推出。我們邀請 Mind HK 心聆大使分享他們的精神健康經歷，以鼓勵大衆脫離標籤和誤解全面地認識精神健康，並且展開相關對話。
We invited Mind HK ambassadors to share their stories on mental health and stigma, and create a series of videos with us. Joanne shared the letter he wrote to his past self, and the thoughts and feelings behind the letter. We hope this video inspires a new perspective on mental health.
“More than a Label” anti-stigma campaign was launched in 2021 by Mind HK in partnership with MINDSET Hong Kong. We invite Mind HK ambassadors to share their lived mental health experiences, encourage a holistic understanding of mental health beyond labels and common misconceptions, and open up conversations on the topic.
