- These are some of the strangest stories about smuggling we’ve seen. In 2017, border patrol found a lion cub hidden in a car while searching a vehicle in Ukraine. In 2016, authorities say a man attempted to sneak 14 bottles of liquor into Saudi Arabia by hiding them in his underwear. In 2017, an alleged drug smuggler was thinking inside the box when caught with a coffin full of hidden drugs. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more.

What they didn't tell you is that the guy was most likely publicly executed..... It's a very big no no in Saudi Arabia.... And they take it VERY seriously.

When I was a cashier at Safeway 10 years ago the state started allowing grocery stores to sell liquor. We didn't have a security system back then for the alcohol so stealing was super easy. One dude stuck a huge Malibu Rum in his pants and walked out...then got chased down by a pizza delivery guy. lol

@@rogerszmodis He worked at an Alfy's Pizza down the road and was a regular customer of ours. We weren't allowed to go after thieves so he took it upon himself to do so. I wouldn't have done it, not worth possibly losing your life over. He just wanted to help us out I guess.

Mad respect to the Pizza delivery man, seeing a thick booty probably was a red flag for him.
I heard of someone who tried to smuggle a tiger cub in a suitcase loaded with plush tigers.

@@Pathtoatheism every avid herpetology fans will put big price on protected species like these, even more expensive if its alive and no defect. I know this because my lab used to retrieve old specimen this way back in 70s

We tried to sneak a bottle of olive oil and trust me we were going to go to jail for it. Sneaking anything there is like a mission impossible movie if it will be successful.

As a checkpoint guard we saw some guys smuggling a engraved handgun specifically for the cartel leaders they were caught but hey didn’t have any guns on them. Btw I didn’t know walter white was real he was hiding crystal meth lol

Inside Edition usually gathers as much as possible before uploading, they're not really about breaking news that much. It took them just about 5 days to upload a video about the Oxford High School Shooting. Expect a video of the Buffalo shooting in maybe another 2 days, perhaps today.

I was retained at the airport, my first time ever flying, over a small unopened, 3 inch tall can of Pringles potato chips... They made me open them, they reached in the can took some out and tested them... I think they felt stupid, so I offered to share my chips with them...
