Im sorry to hear that. I think a big reason this happens is simple: the ratio of men-to-women metalheads is pretty big. For example, at basically any concert - the crowd is overwhelmingly male. So, it's hard for metalhead guys to find metalhead girls to date. Thats not to say they cant get dates and girlfriends, of course. As they can always find girls who are into other interests. But, it can be difficult to find a girl who's into METAL. Just my perspective, though.
My husband is very happy that I like or love a lot of his black, death, SDBM, Cascadian black metal, etc. Emperor, Death, Wolves of the Throne Room, and many many more. I like practically all types of metal and a few other genres as well.
For a second I got excited that there was a metal dating app, but then I realized there would probably be 100 million men on it and only about 5 women. Also the app wasn't real, which didn't help much either.
Metal women in real life are beautiful and strong as person but on social media it's hard to get along with because they know that every men will start sending messages every day.
