“darker colored foundation”? 23 is the color that is in every korean cushion lol! Korean cushions always come in at least 2 colors, 21 and 23, of you are slightly darker than 23 you might be in between 23 and 25 ;-)

I agree with EVERYTHING you said start to finish. I use shade 23 but I always need to go in with concealer over scars and under eye circles. Also I’m very yellow, and in the first 30 to 45 minutes there’s a pretty harsh color difference since it’s lowkey pink but the longer it sits the more it meshes with the skin. What i love is the cONVENIENCE. But I’m debating on repurchasing

I like innisfree over laneige just on coverage. I always have a problem with deeper toned foundations being too yellow for my undertone so because of that i like the laneige one, even though I have oily skin, the hydro radiance one breaks down with a little more grace so I prefer it. I used the pore control one and i used to use it ALL THE TIME because it was so convenient and even though the colour didnt match me that well I used it (too pink, I have yellow undertones). At the time i used it i was more oily than oily-combo but then i stopped using it bc i tried out other foundations and a few months ago i bought it again and wow... I hated it. It breaks down on me really quickly and looks like shit after about 4 hours?????? and I have more oily-combo skin now but this breaks down everywhere??? Plus I look so ashy and creasy ::( it's also TOO heavily scented for my liking and every time i use it i break out! not worth your future coins imo!

You should try Missha Frieda Kahlo Perfect Cover cushion (the intense moisture which is a finish I prefer is way to pink/gray- perfect cover is more yellow). It seems you're a shade darker than me so maybe go with 31 (I'm 29). Also would love to see someone do a review on Sulwhasoo's darker cushions as terrified to drop $$ on it!
Definitely feeling the dewy side more. This isn't bad though. Just not very great. It won't hide the discoloration at all but good enough for me at least

Yep...those are quite pink and no real coverage... But, well, at least they're trying. I got the innisfree cushion after watching your video on it a while ago. The color you got in the innisfree one I knew would be too light, so I got the darkest one. Gurrrrrllll. IT WAS TOO DARK! I can maybe use it for the summer after I get a tan, but the fact that its darker than my skin tone is amazing. I mean, I can't use the lighter one and I can't really use the one I got...they really got to add a color in between for me man... But! It's exciting that K-beauty brands are expanding their lines and adding darker colors that more melanin folks can use. I hope more lines will add more deeper shades.

when u first applied it i though it looked kinda weird cause it was too pink but after u finished ur makeup i liked it :) the color/shade choices is the only thing i dont like about korean cushions :/ its sad bc they’re everything i want in a foundation: they feel light, are easy to use and give a natural finish. i have a light-medium skin color with yellow undertone and whenever i get # 23 its too yellow/warm toned then i go to # 21 and its too pale as well as too cool toned...i feel like korean brands also fuck up the undertones. they assume darker skin color > warmer undertone and lighter skincolor > cooler undertone....thats not how it works :/
maybe its just me, but when i think of cushion i think dewy, sheer coverage, and brightening. so i dont get the whole "coverage" part of your review. again....maybe its just me.
