    Hi,
If an individual on SOWP is currently on a full-time job with at least one year of work experience, and they have a permanent job without an end date, can this job be considered a job offer if the company provides a letter? The job is not LMIA,but the company wants to assist in proving job available even after pr is issued

      Hi Jackie,
      Thanks for your question.
From what you shared, I don't believe your job offer would be qualified as a valid job offer under express entry. As I stated in my video, it's not an area that I understand fully so I would strongly recommend that you seek professional help from a regulated immigration lawyer or consultant. I really would not want to advise or comment on something as sensitive as this that is so important to your future without having a full understanding of the valid job offer requirements. I hope you can understand this.
As far as I've read though on IRCC's website and understood, a valid job offer is one that you require for you to have a positive LMIA, or that you are working on an employer specific work permit and are expected from having an LMIA. You stated that you are on a SOWP so that complicates the job valid offer requirements in my view.
Here is what I found as well as the link to read more or verify the information:
"Federal skilled workers and Canadian experience class
A job offer is valid if the job is
      working for one employer
      continuous
      paid
      full-time (at least 30 hours a week)
      not seasonal
for at least 1 year after we issue your permanent resident visa
      in a NOC TEER category 0, 1, 2 or 3
It also must be made :
by an employer with a new positive LMIA that approves the offer and names you and your position OR
if you’re currently working in Canada in a NOC TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 job on a work permit that was issued based on an LMIA, and:
you’re working for an employer listed on your work permit
you’re authorized to work in Canada on the day you apply for a permanent resident visa, and when the visa is issued
your current employer made you an offer to give you a full-time job for at least one year if you’re accepted as a permanent resident OR
if you have a valid work permit for a NOC TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 job that is exempt from needing an LMIA, and you:
are currently working for an employer specified on the work permit
have one year of full-time work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work) for that employer
have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa"

Do you qualify for a provincial nomination in your province with that job offer? Maybe you could explore that option instead?
I wish you all the very best with your endeavors.

    Hi dear
I am an undergraduate from a Canadian university, and I am working under a post-graduation work permit. I have been working as an administrative assistant at a realtor company in Vancouver, BC for one year. I would like to know whether if my company can provide me with an LMIA for my PR application?

Hello Amin, thank you for your question.
You may get extra points for an LMIA job offer in Express Entry for PR even if you are on a PGWP. So yes, your employer can apply for an LMIA but I am not sure of the process of them making such a job offer.
Information from IRCC's website states that "If you are invited under the Canadian Experience Class, you don’t need an LMIA to meet the program requirements.
But, a valid job offer supported by an LMIA can get you more points under the Comprehensive Ranking System. This can improve your chances of being invited to apply. So in that case, your employer may want to get an LMIA, even though you don’t need it to be eligible."
Here is the link to read more on IRCC's website ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=698&top=29
I wish you all the best in the process.
