Greetings, I have received an ITA but now i realised that i wrongly entered my NOC code. I entered NOC code 21110 instead of 21112. Can i continue the application by explaining the reason on letter of explanation?
Hi Kubeir, Thanks for the great service! I watched almost all your videos and I couldn't find an answer for my question. My husband has a foreign bachelor's degree but we do not have an ECA. In the express entry profile under his education section, can I say "No" to the question of spousal post secondary education and choose not to mention anything there. Later on include his education in the personal history section after receiving the ITA? Is it misrepresentation? PS: I have enough points without his education.
@@AskKubeir Hi kubeir, Thanks a lot for getting back to me. If I got you correct, I can choose not to include his education in the education section of the express entry profile but must include it in the personal history section later?
I am on open work permit and my job offer does not that specific clause of 1 year. Is that clause applicable only for closed work permit holder ? or both ?
Hi Mr Kubier, could you please advise if it’s necessary for the candidate to provide experience letter, duties letter and pay slips for the pervious experience for the visa application if the LMIA has been already approved? Isn’t LMIA is enough for the visa application process?
Sir, I've got my ITA under CEC and my employer refuses to write one year commitment clause in my reference letter. But they have agreed to write that they look forward to ongoing contribution to the company and they have applied to my work permit extension for another two years (2025-2027). Will it work? Please reply.
Hi kubier sir, hope you are doing good. I got visa refused for my parents even with my graduation letter from uni and proof of sufficient funds for stay stating no intention to leave Canada and insufficient funds. Given that graduation day is done, Should I proceed to get gcms notes and try again in next two months ? TIA
Do I need to wait 1 year after I receive LMIA exempt work permit in order to claim 50 points? I have been working for same employer from last 2 years on pgwp and now they'll be applying for LMIA exempt work permit under Reciprocal employment.
Hi Kubeir, Need some clarification for a ICT job offer. If there is no start date and end date written on the job offer and company issues a employment letter mentioning job and duties, salary, benefits and confirming that there offer of employment is for continued employment, effective as the date of this letter for a full time position of an indeterminate duration(no end date), will that works and give job offer points ?
Hello sir, I have received the NOI PNP for Ontario but haven’t applied for pnp and due date is over. So can I withdraw my PR application and apply again? Will that gives the PNP offer again?
Thanks for your information sir. However, it is almost a year and my CEC is about to expire (on October 2024, I will have +1 year Canadian work exp at that time). I would like to open 2 profiles because I am afraid of the tie-breaking rule will affect me. Do you think I should do this or just wait until then? Really appreciate for the answer
If my current work permit limits my location to Quebec, does it impact the validity of the job offer, given that all the requirements are met (I'm an ICT that permanently hired by the employer I worked for more than 1 year, etc.)? Thank you!
Hello Kubeir Sir, When applying for permanent residency, is it necessary to submit a job letter, or would an experience letter suffice? My current job letter doesn't list all my roles, so I'm considering asking my employer for an experience letter after gaining more experience. Would that be acceptable for the PR application? Thanks in advance!
Can we claim 50 points for a Job offer with positive PR-supportive LMIA from an employer we have never worked? I am currently working in a company and I was able to find a job in another company who are willing to give me a job offer with PR supportive LMIA. However, I don't want to switch my PGWP to closed work permit also I don't want to join that company until I get my PR. Is it ok to use that job offer for 50 points? What are your thoughts?
Hi, To have a valid job offer and claim job offer points, the applicant must have one year of full-time work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work) for that employer. Should this one year year full-time experience be continuous or there can be gaps in between to be eligible for job offer points. For example, the applicant has experience for the same employer in Canada from Jan 2021 to Mar 2021, went to work for the same company's sister company in a different country for six months from April 2021 to September 2021 and came back to Canada to work for the same employer from October 2021 to June 2022. Can this scenario qualify job offer points or should the applicant be working from Jan 2021 to Dec 2021 to qualify for job offer points. Thanks,
Difficult to give a straight answer. It depends on your profile and if you feel adding the points for education and work experience by itself gives you a pathway to PR
Government of Canada says for Express Entry, "A work permit on its own is not a job offer, even if it is an open work permit." I am already working for a large company in Canada permanent full time on open work permit, no lmia. Is it a job offer?
@anujgoswami1365 the quote from gov of canada is confusing because no person has ever thought a work permit *alone* acts as a job offer.. It would not make sense for it to count as a job offer. Most people would assume an open permit combined with an employment letter, not the permit alone. Very confusing quote.
@@nemuritai if you get transferred from Indian company to canada then you get closed work permit and you can work without getting LMIA. This is you question’s answer rest i know it took 6 months and multiple reads to their Valid job offer definition.

another quote "If your employer is not eligible, does not get a positive LMIA, or is not LMIA-exempt you will not meet the requirements of a valid job offer for arranged employment.".. even more confusing because if the employer is on the noneligible list obviously they would not have an LMIA

Can someone with a PR from the regular Express Entry live in Ontario and work in Montreal? I've seen people sharing that their PR renewal / citizenship application gets revoked if they live in the state of Quebec. Please share your insights

No Lmia is not enough. You need to provide all relevant documents to show you are qualified to perform that job

Unfortunately that does not comply with the requirement of arranged employment as per IRCC website

lmia exempt can get after completing 1 year work experience on that closed work permit

Will do better next time. Thank you for the feedback
