Great workout guys How this goes .I am 46 now and I have better pump up in my arms when doing chin-ups ,then doing biceps movement and also on triceps when doing dips between benches like Arnold use to do ,with weight on knees. I training now from home ,so I have dumbbells and bench doing this workout ,Excluding the pull downs .. I am now not interested going to gym in the situation with corona and you know .;-)) Even Arnold refuse going to the gym ,and training home. Keep going with this videos. There is literally no one else in this gym besides a daycare (?). The gyms in my area are so packed, I don’t see how I can do any supersets on machines, as per your Stage 3 in the 12 Week More Muscle program. I’m guessing combining dumbbells and a machine could work?

Tip - when you do pull downs for your triceps , at the bottom, all pull towards your stomach a little. That adds more contraction Also if you fail going to the positive motion, that’s not absolute failure. After you fail on the contraction, Have a partner lift the weight to the positive with you and then slowly lower the weight on your own.
