I bought Siser gold easyweed foil at Teckgraf in Dominican Republic last week for a large amount of hoodies most of them are peeling completely the golden film and now is gray, the customer asked me for a partial reimbursement, which ended in a total loss for our business, I would like to know how to proceed with a claim about this.
Why when I folded the shirts to put them in the polybag the design got all wrinkled, this is the first time I used the gold foil, any suggestions? Thank you.
Not sure what polybag you are referring to. Nothing in the video shows a polybag being used. Can you be more specific on what you were doing at the time?
@@uscuttervideos I never said you used a polybag. What I said was when I'm done designing my shirts with the gold foil, I proceed to pack them in the polybags to be shipped/delivered to my customers, they complained the vinyl is all shrinked, so my question is how do I avoid that? Can't be refunding customers etc...and I obviously need to pack my shirts professionally. Thanks.
@@abcdeabcde2806 Ok thanks. Now I understand the problem better. My guess would be that this may be caused by either heat or moisture (or both). I would recommend waiting for along as possible before putting the garment in the bag so that all heat and moisture have had time to release. Also, putting a few vent holes in the bag will help prevent moisture build up. I would suggest that you reach out to our materials subject matter experts who are likely to know more about this topic. You can send an email to support@uscutter.com or call them at 1-425-481-3555 M-F 7:30-11:30am, 12:30-4pm PST. As an experiment, you may want to put one short in a polybag right away and wait 24 hours before putting a matching shirt in a polybag to see if there is heat/moisture that has not yet escaped. Hope this helps.
It would help if you explain the vinyl has 3 layers including the plastic substrate so you have to use higher pressure on the cutter 240g worked best for my gcc expert 2
your videos are very interesting and very useful for me and others
Having the link to where the product is directly would help more.
