Excellent shop! Tim Allen would be very proud of you! I don't think I have ever seen a modeler's shop so well equipped or organized. When I become rich, I am going to have one just like it! Lol!

I really like the small carrousel that holds your bits and such. I have a small work area and can see the usefulness of the storage options. If you do not mind I will use your design myself. The drill press Dremel mount is outstanding. Your overall shop lay out is very clever. Hats off to you sir.

Wow. With a shop like that and your imagination, the possibilities are endless. I have a small shop my self, but hardly any small tools for hobby use. Just finished a model ship though.
I wish i had a jig saw like yours.

You have a very nice and well equipped shop Mr. Brent. One comment.....my dad made me promise to never store metal files with one touching another if I wanted to use 'his' tools.

I hade the same table saw. Fine for general work but it has too many adjustments that can get out if wak. I replaced the plastic guides on the sliding table with long pieces of Jatoba (Brazilian Cherry). Mostly l run a thin kerf 7-1/4/184mm blade. I rarely cut anything over 3/4/19mm. I like the idea of each turn of the elevating crank raises the blade the same amount.
You do not need a largeshop todo good work. Chris on Clickspring is basically working in a large closet. Although he does all his heat treat and casting work outside.

My tools are kind of inferior compare to yours.... but I'm still able to almost complete this project I'm doing... it's the USS Arizona model... and it's a big one.... it's 12 feet-6 inches long by 2 feet wide at the center (Beam). If you would care to see it just click on my name (channel) and look for USS Arizona Large Model.... you got excellent tools and equipment, Sir.

Warjacare, you don't need a whole lot to start building, a good set of Xacto knives, a small scroll saw, a Dremell, small chop saw from harbor freight, a couple of good metal rulers, a few clamps and a variety of sand paper, et voila, you can get all of that for around $ 200.00 or less, get you some good bass wood and start small, you'll get the rest as you get more involved in the hobby, I've been building scratch built models for 50 years now, I started with practically nothing.
