Suella Braverman was in front of the Home Affairs Select Committee where she was answering questions in relation to her anti-protest Public Order Bill and her authoritarian Rwanda deportation scheme.

Regarding immigration, you could thwart those evil people traffickers with safe routes from countries that deserve it. The existing approach has increased the boats and bought shame on this country. But they weren't, in terms of being humans and being compassionate and caring they've failed. In terms of ushering in, supporting and encouraging crime, ineptitude, cover-ups and a slow descent into the same political framework made infamous by a short Austrian man with silly facial hair in the 1930s and 1940s, feed the Daily Heil and the "Back in my day NIMBY" middle-classed white, old people. They are absolute gems, 100/10, perfect for this role.
It seems to me that like many Tory ministers, Braverman's obnoxious behaviour is an attempt to cover up her obviously complete incompetence. I didn't think they could fins anyo ne worse than Patel, but they did.
Just imagine how different Braverman's replies would be had it been made to swear under oath that the evidence she gave was the truth.

One need only look at how political shenanigans going on in America are harming financial markets throughout the world to see an example of this. And speaking of the USA, that's where I was born and raised, in the state of Michigan to be a tad more specific. It's a charming little state in the far north of the country, right up next to Canada. It has lots of forests and lakes. It's really quite lovely. If you've never been there, I hope you have a chance to see it one day. 🙂

Politspeak seems to be all the rage now among career politicians, with nary a straight answer to a simple question. It's like they are in full practice mode for the "Yes, NO" game, where you lose if you use either of those two words. The Plains Indians of America had a phrase for it..... "Speaks with forked tongue", and that is exactly what the politicians do. Our only defence against this sort of behaviour from MP's is the BALLOT BOX and we should learn to use that more effectively to weed out and silence the untouchable crap. Suella needs to go, that's as plain as the nose on your face, and the further away from our shores, the better. It turns my stomach everytime I hear her WAFFLING ON.

I wasn't aware the person who commited the heinous acts in Nottingham was a migrant. One could argue that this could have easily been a UK citizen, take the tragic events in America as a example. When you're asked a simple yes/no question and you go on and on reiterating your goals and commitments and what you want to do and insisting that it's a 'complicated issue'. I don't know how anybody takes their job seriously when they have to deal with Suella Braverman.

The same way you didn't have to visit an area frequented by street walkers to know where those areas were in the city that you live in. I find it genuinely incredible that someone like Suella Braverman can say, with confidence and without actual evidence short of anecdote, that they believe the number of cases of sex trafficking increasing must mean those cases are bogus because "there are so many now 😯" and they take more resources to resolve, whilst at the same time obsessively pursuing the detention and removal of trafficked individuals on the basis that "most of them are men on boats". And she has the gall to say all this when evidence is put forth that her party just tacitly ignore obvious and serial sex traffickers, in her own county no less.
Like honestly, she doesn't actually rationalise anything, I begs to question whether she thinks at all or just answers with the usual word-salad without a single new reflection. How does she still hold her office?
Edit: that part where the trafficking her party apparently endorsed was revealed to her, and she shifts her use of language from "sex trafficking" to "adult work" or whatever, that made my skin crawl. What a grifter.
She is well used to adult work from what i hear, i mean she looks like a girl who lies across a man’s lap with her head in his balls.
Her incompetence is very hard to believe until you see it in action. These people are nothing more than mouthpieces,everyone of them is totally unfit for purpose. Typical modern day ,good at talking but useless at taking any action. However these people seem to get the top jobs. Surely is the best we can do.
