She also should have taken her first husband to court, had him arrested for stealing from her, & sued him for child support. Then she would have had more time to spend with her daughter. The daughter comes back begging for another chance, but her son turns her away. She then accuses her mom for turning him against her, which really makes the son mad at her. He tells the daughter(his biological mother) off to stop treating his mom(biological grandmother) like that. He immediately calls her out for how she treated his mom since she was a child because he was told everything about it. The son mentions that it's not enough to have given birth to him to be called a mom. He points out that raising him responsibly with a loving and caring heart is what also makes a mom. As far as the son's concerned, his grandmother is his real mother and his birth mom is just a stranger. He tells her off to leave and never come back into their lives again. After slamming the door in the daughter's face, she leaves crying her eyes out over what she done and ends up regretting her past behavior too late now she's truly alone in her life.

Here's what I would've done with the story differently.
After the father leaves home, the mom raises her daughter, Rose, with love, works hard and sets disciplinary boundaries for her. Instead of playing with the fire truck that her father bought her, Rose selflessly gives it away to a poor classmate who needs it more than her and preferring the doll that her mom bought her. The mom is very proud of her for being such a caring and selfless person. Growing up, Rose leaves for a college of her choice and works hard. She later graduates with a doctorate degree and invites her mother to her graduation. During her speech, Rose graciously thanks her mom for all the hard work, love and sacrifices she made to help her get where she is. She gets a job at a hospital and becomes one of the best doctors in her town specializing in complex treatments. Rose marries a wonderful man named George and they have two children: Daniel and Lydia. They live next door to her mother and her new husband who helps them babysit the kids on nights they need some alone time.
Rose is later visited by the man who abandoned her mother 20 years ago. He asks her to reconcile with him and give him money. She refuses, pointing out that he wasn't there for her and mom when they needed him the most. The toys that her father bought her, meant nothing to her in comparison to the gifts her mom gave her because they were from her love, sacrifice and heart. That he has another family to go love. The father sadly admitted they kicked him out and put him in a nursing home. He only escaped because he wanted Rose to help him out. She tells him off that he doesn't deserve anything from her and doesn't want to see him ever again. Slamming the door in his face, Rose watches as her father is taken back to the nursing home and smiles knowing that Karma finally caught up to him for his abandonment.

Why would you even leave the house? You can file a law suit and your daughter was pregnant at 18 this means she's still in boundary of being a minor. 😂

The plot holes are two actually.. in the beginning they mentioned she will be a special needs child and that's why the father left but after that nothing is said about her illness
Once the man saw that woman and looked over her and saw the daughter! He wanted that not her because he knows that the girl can do anything even for him! She was so spoiled that she wanted everything in the whole world 🌍! Years, later when she got dumped, mother should never, never accepted her back the way she treated her in front of her eyes! How can the mother ever think that she raised a good girl and at the end made her a big dumb mother she has and fell for her grandson and her daughter ran away with another bastard! The mother doesn't have a good heart but is taken advantage of by her daughter and she doesn't see it! The mother doesn't know that her daughter doesn't care and respect for her! As a mother you should know better about your children! Open your eyes and mind! 🤔

The daughter is right, it was her fault of how she turn of being greedy and selfish person. The mom work hard to give her daughter everything she needs and wants but maybe the daughter hates her mom for working all the time and spending little time with her. It's true that gifts can show love but spending time is with her better way to show love that so she love her not the things. This woman is incredible,
She went through so much, with raising her daughter alone, without any help, and then just to have her new husband have affair with her daughter and daughter becomes pregnant and they force her out of her own home.
Then this woman begins a new life alone, just to have her daughter come running back to her and briefly apologizing for the affair and then the daughter leave running away with another man and leave her son for the mother to take care alone.
This Woman has a Heart of Gold.
After going through so much Heart ache, while trying to what is right.
Maybe someone should make a movie about this story,
