My future in modeling looked incredibly promising; I was ambitious and insanely beautiful! While my mother lived in poverty, I enjoyed every minute of fame and my new life! But then everything ended in an instant…
I got knocked up by a guy who only cared about my figure and youth! He dumped me as soon as he found out about my pregnancy, and I didn’t want to have a baby either! I also got kicked out of the modeling agency as soon as they learned about my situation.
My agent said I’d turn into a cow and never get another advertising or modeling contract. And then he fired me on the spot…
That’s why I decided to get rid of the baby! I truly wanted nothing to do with that burden! But who could’ve known what my decision would ultimately lead to?...

It is a blessing to become a parent and it is a parent's responsibility to nurture care and teach their child the meaning of life. If you decide to abandon or discard your child like this it's only natural for that child hates you because they were taken in by a kind individuals who treated them as if they were their own with respect and kindness. That's because the mother wasnt well
Mary made the biggest mistake of her entire life when she decided to abandon everything in her life .Her mother,her education,and her child who rightfully told her that she will never forgive her for choosing her modelling career over raising her daughter from birth and to add to her troubles, she destroyed her own career. The agent and her friends and fans would've loved her even more when she had her daughter with her. Models who have babies during their career actually get a huge boost to supermodel plus if Mary was thinking straight (which she wasn't),she would've got her revenge against her daughter's father .
Revenge against the father is a losing proposition. Yes he dumped her but she was the one who made the big mistakes.
1. She thought she knew more than her mother. Why young people in high school think they knew more than adults who have lived in the real world has always been beyond me.
2. She didn't protect herself during sex. If she had, she would not have gotten pregnant. This was just plain stupidity.
3. Stars/celebrates are always being judged. She should have realized that people would find out and passed judgement. This is the life she wanted. She should have learned the rules.
4. She could have gotten back in shape, kept her baby and gone back to work.
Of course then she would have become the uncaring/unloving mother who hires the nanny who becomes her daughter's "real" mom.
This person is too selfish to be a good person let alone a parent.

Why would the agent say that? Because in a majority of cases, women don't get back into pre baby shape.
She was determined to do so and did. She could have kept her baby and done the same thing. The fact that she looked that good with a child to care for, would have been a career builder.
The truth is she was selfish and never thought about how she treated others. If she had, she would have been there for more than her mother's last words. As a result, she knew her mother wanted her to keep the child but not why.
Personally I never understood how a woman could give up their child. Of course most who have an abortion or give up their baby for adoption, are not women but irresponsible girls. This is my own opinion. There are exceptions and I would never want to be in the situation to have to make such a decision.

Some things are just not forgivable. Mary chose her career and an empty life of luxury over her family. Now she wished she listened to her mom sooner and finished school first. She was right when she warned Mary against chasing a life of luxury through a modeling career because it would just lead to emptiness. She learn this lesson the hard way when she saw what life is really like on the other end.

When Ron heard that Mary did abandon their daughter, Camille, he felt so terrible for his behavior and with his new wife, he decided to step up and be a dad to her.

This story was disappointing and harsh. She wasn't ready to be a mother...likely didn't want to be one. You should never force a woman or pressure her into being a mother. Motherhood is a choice and a responsibility. You can only end up hurting a child if you keep it just because of appearances or because other people want you to. The best thing was what she did and that was to give the baby up for adoption. She didn't just abandon it...she saw who adopted her baby. Her daughter had a good life with parents who were ready and wanted to be parents. She was young and on her own. What she wanted for her life was the career she chose. It was unfair to make her out to be a bad person for the choice she made. Everyone made her feel guilty instead of understanding and RESPECTING her choice. Was she immature? Yes and that made being a mother at that point in her life a bad choice. This story made it seem as if choosing to give up a child for adoption is selfish and a mistake and that all women should want to be mothers and if they don't they're selfish and will be haunted by their choice and suffer in life. If she hadn't been made to feel like a villian and wasn't heartbroken over her mother's death and loss of her career she could have gotten her life together with proper support. But she was abandoned and used by people and then heartlessly blasted by her child...but she was 15 and teenagers can be that way.
