HSG Automotive: I’m making 1,650,000 million credits per hour using this Mercedes A45 AMG LM Race Car. Polyphony Digital: I’m about to end this man whole career.
Great tune! I use the red bull junior because it's just too easy. First 2 Laps on fuel 1 then fuel 3/4 for the rest of the race. No stops, unless you have heavy heavy rain.
I’ve been using the hyper cat on that fake European 800pp class. Just tune it down and put fuel on 6 and no stop it with some coasting and you can easily lap the field. Sometimes twice. Takes right at 25 minutes even and makes like 750kish. Maybe not the easiest or quickest way but close enough for me.
not on this car, even with 50-50 it still wants to drift (on controller at least) I've been lucky and did a race with very little rain and almost made the entire race on a set of hards. I find it more fun to use the Honda 2&4 motorcycle powered car. if no rain you can go the entire race with no stops on fuel set to 3-4. or have one stop if set to 1.
This tune reminds me of the GTO '84. Gobbles up fuel and can only do 2 laps on leanest but absolutely smashes the competition. Also, what's not to love about racing a Ferrari GTO on LM? This one looks really fun though, I think I'll give this a try tonight.
I really want you to try the Evo 5. I’ve been using it for this exact event A LOT and it’s even faster than the A45. And it will be able to do 3Laps on leanest Fuel setting
I like to use the jaguar XJ13, detune it a tad till 700pp, on lean mix it’ll do 4 laps and then it is about as fast as the other cars around, you just have to make 1 less pitstop than the pack. Thats also how i fell in love with that car, its fast and lively and you gotta be on your toes
I win every time with Bugatti Veyron 16.4 road car. Pit stop every 2 laps with Racing soft tyres. Total 7 laps and it’s extremely fast and overtakes all cars in 1 lap even if your last. The best part is how Bugatti power drifts throughout the race and still manage to win so it’s an extremely fun machine.
So I followed this set up other than the livery set up. The date is June 5th 2022. I finished the first 2 laps in 5th place before my first pit. Now I am used to using the Porches Cayman on this track. The first issue I found was the handling. Using both racing hard and intermediate. I am using the Logitech G29 wheel. I could not steer this car enough to keep it on the track. So if you are looking for a challenge ok but if you are looking to going for money, this car is nit the car. Unless I did something wrong. I honestly woukd rather use the porche which I find way easier and more fun.
I still use the WTC 600 Tokyo Expressway race for money. 825,000 for each race. Each race takes me about 26:50 in the Honda NSX '17, and you win with ease. Almost 1 minute on the closest competitor. Only slightly faster than the 1 hour race at Le Mans, so sometimes I go between them. But great tune! Always like to mix in road-going cars to GT races.
Have you tried the GT-R '17 for that race? Also good. 1 stop without touching the fuel map and because the NSX pits so often you finish the last 4-3 laps 20 sec ahead
Hmm not sure if there’s been a patch but I followed this and only got 688pp. Find it bit too thirsty and also very hard to turn in the wet if don’t put on inters… strange
I tried this set up also, and the best I can pull is 12th place. I'm not a "pro" but have been playing GT since the 1st one. I certainly don't feel this is OP as stated in the video. like you said, maybe it's patched
I had 40 million earned playing the game , so I bought the '94 Mclaren F1 19,400,000 I don't own that Tomahawk other players have used. I really enjoy this race, driving different cars makes it interesting. Circuit Experience helps earn credits too.
Have you looked at the amuse s2000 for this event yet? I had a quick go with it last night and it seems like a good car for it (I haven't checked fuel consumption yet mind you) Im not the greatest with suspension set up yet but I think it could be a good car. I've been using the mazda vision gr3 car for the grind up to now, the amuse could be a good 2nd option for me.
That is very kind but I just earned enough to buy the 18K Porsche from the year that I was born 1970. I managed to do it with various cars because going for a legendary car can be boring after a while. I will give it a try in the future to include your car in my daily carrousel for the Le Mans 700PP event.
In this race, I use mostly the WRX Gr.3 detuned to 700 PP. I start the race with fuel on 2 or 3 basically, do the first pit on 3rd lap and chose tyres while looking the meteo radar. I do then a 2nd pit at 5th lap (if it still raining) and finish the race with fuel at 1. Did it two times with that car and won both time.
Thanks to James Babbitt, no anti-lag device and T D, use med rpm turbo. I still needed to draft/save fuel to get the 1st 3 laps on 1 tank. I didn't change tires at the pit stops but had enough of a lead that I'll try adding 1 tire change. Doing 3/2/2 running fuel map 4 on laps 4 and 6, fuel map 3 on laps 5 and 7. I will do more testing. This is GT7 release 1.18 on the hard difficulty setting.
I dont know if there has some sort of BoP update been done on this car/race but I cant get near the front. To be fair its mostly the weather thats costing me about 1:30 per lap :(
Awesome video review. I’m going to give this a go. I like challenges and have dabbled a bit with making my own street tuned car especially from one that isn’t a favorite.
has anyone else noticed that the weather on the radar doesn't always do the direction of the wind. I'll have a 18ft/s wind going southwest but the rain will be coming from the north east heading south east.
My latest discovery around le mans is my Mazda Rx8. Good for a 2 stop race 3/2/2 in terms of laps with 0 fuel saving for the second/third stints. Wins by well over a minute and tops out around 180/190. 699.9pp 👍 Doing my own merc livery atm and will give this tune a go when finished, also swapped the high rpm turbo for the medium if it is a bit thirsty.
@@OmarAmaya138BPM I've been able to win adding only high rpm turbo on normal difficulty. It does 4 laps per tank. Now I've done more tuning on it and with hard tires it sits exactly on 700. It still does 4 laps with full tank. Compared to GTO I think it's more stable. It is definitely more fuel economic and kinder on tires. To my eyes it looks more beautiful than GTO but GTO sound is just on another level.
Just a small tip that can save you a bit of time whatever car you’re using: if on the 6th lap you are ahead by a good margin you can slow down & go for a pit stop with 45 seconds left on the clock & by the time it is done (after choosing to change tires & refuel) time will have run out & the race will end without having to do a 7th lap with barely a few seconds over the 30 minute mark. If for example there’s like 2 minutes left on the clock and you are 1 minute 30 ahead from the 2nd then you can slow down for 1 minute 15 before going for a pit stop. You can’t just fully stop just before the pits else it will force you back on the track & you’ll miss it, you have to plan ahead & slow down some distance before the pits.
You can also park just shy of the finish line and cross it after the clock hits zero, just so long as you're the first to finish the number lap that you're on.
@@vongregor1 that would obviously be easier thing is though because at the end of the 6th you HAVE to go into the pits (at least I had to playing on the 1st fuel setting) it will still force you to do a 7th lap only now you’re out of fuel going 45mph…. I know it’s weird but that’s what happened to me & instead of saving time I ended up wasting more 🤷
I was looking at this very car in the dealers yesterday and wondering if it could be tuned to run at LeMans, so thanks for this Ill give it a try. My favorite cars are the Nissan Silvia's for this race, so much fun to drive
Hey HSG, what is your global difficulty setting when creating these tunes? I'm curious because my lap times are similar to the ones shown in your video, but position-wise, I'm much further behind at any given time. My difficulty is set to the highest, which I believe is the two chili setting? I still appreciate the tune, as I did get first, but I was only leading by ~13 seconds at the end. I guess for farming credits, it doesn't hurt to drop it to the easiest one since that doesn't affect payouts.
I think I prefer my Quattro Group B for this, I get 1 fast lap, then map3 for 2 laps, Pit. and a casual 3-4 laps, finish Its a little slower post patches but still over 1min ahead by lap 6 casually. The Porsche 962 is also Good
I have used the Gran Turismo in this race and held up fairly well. The Mercilago is also a fun car to use for this even also. I have used the Pagani also, not the Zonda of course. Predictably, the three Skylines are fast and good. I expect to see tunes for those also. And the Radical is great as well as the GT3 cars detuned to 700pp.
I did this tune, and it was the first time I encountered no rain in this race, so got beaten by the Viper. I've personally found the Grb B 86 gets me the win each time.
Same for me. Almost zero rain, didn't lead at any time of the race, finished 5th at 53 seconds behind the winner. What a dumpster fire in a dry race...
Tried this setup and forgot the rear wing. Hard to control ... set TC at 3 and still struggle. I'll try with the rear wing, even if I have to set it higher than what you state. The Nissan Silvia Gr.4 has been my rock to date.
Is this still faster than the Toyota GR010 + Sardegna Gr.3 farm? Always sweet to see that people are coming up with new methods to get more credits in the game :)
I use the S15 aero gr4, 517hp and 1000kg, get about 2.5 laps running on fuel 1 and can do 4 laps on lean. Can lap under 4.15 on lean in the dry without really even trying.
Rather than leaving a negative mark, I’ll give u some pointers and what I did to your tune. With the new PP update I was able to reach 694 with a lvl 2 weigth reduction and 704 with a lvl 3. Lvl 2 weight to power is a bit overwhelming but manageable. No anti lag cause it kills fuel lol and rear sway bars stiffer by 2 points up. Put me right under 700 PP comfortably. Lvl 3 weight reduction needs slightly less power, ballast to the rear of the car and little more roll from the bars. Simple setup to keep money going quicky but gas will be spared 🤷🏾♂️ thank you for the tips bro 🤌🏾
Meh, I still like doing the "Tomahawk grind", but the Radical instead. ~360hp, fuel map "2", and no pit stops. Sliding thru the wet corners on the back stretch at 100-125mph, without hitting the walls, keeps it interesting.
I tried this car on a controller (PS4) and it is fast in a straight line but in the corners the first car in the race is pulling seconds on me. Last time it finished 50 seconds before me. It seems to me like a rubber-banding or a bug because I'm typically an ok-fast driver. So it's not justified 50 seconds behind!
Normally I loke your tunes, but this one not so much. Maybe it's my driving style (or lack thereof). It slides all over the place, even on dry tarmac and doesn't seem to want to brake. I tried to counter this with Racing Soft Tires and the ceramic brakes, got a little better but still not for me. It's pretty fast though. My Go-to-cars for LeMans is the Beetle Gr.3 detuned, the Radical, the Audi Sport Quattro if I want to put in some work, and your Red Bull Jr. tune if I'm lazy.
I've been doing this race for a while, even during the "make 1.5 mil an hour glitched Tomahawk" phase. I fond the Veneno is best, but only because you pit once on the 5th lap giving a clear 2 minute win.
I'm a bit disappointed. I just tried this build and only came in 9th with over 30 seconds behind the first. The car is fun and fast but no where fast enough to make up for pitting every 2 laps!
I drove a bit sloppy but came in 7th on middle difficulty. I guess this is just supposed to work on easy. The car is slower than the competition on that difficulty in the corners.
Another banger method thanks as always! Secret Santa livery thing is a nice touch too, be good to see the top liveries series return again from GTS! 💯 👍🏻🙌🏻
Red Bull Junior is much more fun to me. I tried this and came in 8th lol. Not a huge fan of the handling on this one also remembering to pit every two laps is stressful
Funny how my PP ratings keep going up just a little to put all my cars over the events they were designed for. I wished they would stop. Just like they completely broke the pp system by detaching the gearbox to the pp system. Instead of properly fixing it they just detached it. Lazy & all these things to fix and they are worried about how much credits players are making
Once it runs out of energy you have a one hour pit stop to charge. Actually I used the all electric Porsche in this race and it ran out of juice shortly after the first lap.
@@jakerubino3233- ya that too. All these races the tyre wear is waaaay too fast. Sometimes with medium tyres you’re already showing red before you finish your out lap. And Softs are just straight up unusable. It’s ridiculous!
@@jakerubino3233 I understand. Most people who grew up with GT1 and 2 are probably parents now. I have two kids myself and I can only play a couple of days per week.
the worst build I ever tried !!! Car blows thru all tight corners completely unresponsive. All speed and no control. Thats why you mention that you can drive sloppy...because you will literally !!!... sucking thru fuel, and you find yourself constantly running catch up after ever two laps. I can do a hell of alot better with a Ferrari 458 Gr4.

Did this exact tune and I was over at 702.70 so had to power restrict to 97 and now I’m 699.70.
the Honda 2&4 concept car is OP for this race.
I think I prefer my Quattro Group B for this, I get 1 fast lap, then map3 for 2 laps, Pit. and a casual 3-4 laps, finish
Its a little slower post patches but still over 1min ahead by lap 6 casually.
I’ve been loving the Audi R8 4.2L
I did this tune, and it was the first time I encountered no rain in this race, so got beaten by the Viper. I've personally found the Grb B 86 gets me the win each time.
Same for me. Almost zero rain, didn't lead at any time of the race, finished 5th at 53 seconds behind the winner. What a dumpster fire in a dry race...
The group B 86 hasn't lost yet. I've won by MINUTES if the weather hits the AI hard
I use a Bac Mono in this race, tune it to 699.95. Very stable and fun to drive.
I always use GR supra concept to farming credits at le mans, you can drive 3 or 4 laps in one pitstop
The Radical car is well worth a look, similar to the junior but more poke.
The Radical is one of my 2-3 go to cars for LeMans.
The Audi GRb works pretty well too.
Tried this setup and forgot the rear wing. Hard to control ... set TC at 3 and still struggle. I'll try with the rear wing, even if I have to set it higher than what you state. The Nissan Silvia Gr.4 has been my rock to date.
This build just give me a lot of tarmac rally, or Isle of Man Time Attack vibe, Pikes Peak is a little bit over though.
hmmm I've been using the Pagani with the power turned down and a ballast. Might have to switch it up
Is this still faster than the Toyota GR010 + Sardegna Gr.3 farm? Always sweet to see that people are coming up with new methods to get more credits in the game :)
Aston Martin VGT at Tokyo is the safest way to make money. Put Sport hards on it and you don't even need to change fuel map settings.
Are you kidding? Firstly you have to massively need the performance and it drives like a brick on that track
Well I think I’m buying an AMG. Thanks
I use the S15 aero gr4, 517hp and 1000kg, get about 2.5 laps running on fuel 1 and can do 4 laps on lean. Can lap under 4.15 on lean in the dry without really even trying.
I came up with pp of 698.74 and can't figure out what I did. Could the livery change it?
Any GR4 car or Gr3 car tuned right, should win this easily..... My go to money maker
yeah Sardegna 800 pp race is best money maker, you make the same money as this race ins 24 minutes
Honestly that race with the toyota gr010 hypercar seems to be the best money making scheme atm
I'll try that one out as I think the car in standard trim is quite lackluster.
Tried it just like this, had a nearly dry race without any chance of winning and didn't like the handling. Sorry, this absolutely isn't for me :-/
Well looks like I know what I'm using for grinding now! Thanks man
Remove the anti lag and you will save a lot of fuel.
Anti lag, especially the strong one decreases PP quite a bit that you can have more power, less weight with it
With Super Bore (got it onm a ticket) and body rigidity I get only 695 PP 🤔
為什麼燃料一圈都不到就沒了
I have to try this im using the bmw vgt atm
Lancer evo 4-5-6 or nsx 2002 are better
4 laps to pit stop
Meh, I still like doing the "Tomahawk grind", but the Radical instead. ~360hp, fuel map "2", and no pit stops. Sliding thru the wet corners on the back stretch at 100-125mph, without hitting the walls, keeps it interesting.
I tried this car on a controller (PS4) and it is fast in a straight line but in the corners the first car in the race is pulling seconds on me. Last time it finished 50 seconds before me. It seems to me like a rubber-banding or a bug because I'm typically an ok-fast driver. So it's not justified 50 seconds behind!
I use the Huracan GT4 in the Lemans 24 hour. I only have a turbo installed and I win no problem.
I use the Renault Megane Trophy. Excelent car.
I'm a bit disappointed. I just tried this build and only came in 9th with over 30 seconds behind the first. The car is fun and fast but no where fast enough to make up for pitting every 2 laps!
Maybe it’s the driving mate
Same here! I'm looking at comments for suggestions...
I drove a bit sloppy but came in 7th on middle difficulty. I guess this is just supposed to work on easy. The car is slower than the competition on that difficulty in the corners.
@@Jose-jl4fy it sure is. I'm not a great driver. But it's also not an easy method in my opinion.
@@Himmelvakt I am. Just not with this car/tune. My favorite so far is the Ferrari 288GTO with a tune i found online.
I use the Dodge Challenger R/T ‘70 I get 3 laps a tank on 6 lean and finish the race 1min ahead of 2nd place
It’s now at 675pp
I drive Aston Martin Vulcan on this race.
With the current engine ticket glitch, has anyone tried the Lancia Delta with the Nissan GT-R engine? Damn thing's hilarious...
Another banger method thanks as always! Secret Santa livery thing is a nice touch too, be good to see the top liveries series return again from GTS! 💯 👍🏻🙌🏻
i use the piles peak audi rally car for this fuel wise ors great and its even faster then this amg
Red Bull Junior is much more fun to me. I tried this and came in 8th lol. Not a huge fan of the handling on this one also remembering to pit every two laps is stressful
I got 684.9 pp after update
Funny how my PP ratings keep going up just a little to put all my cars over the events they were designed for. I wished they would stop. Just like they completely broke the pp system by detaching the gearbox to the pp system. Instead of properly fixing it they just detached it. Lazy & all these things to fix and they are worried about how much credits players are making
Yeah it’s pathetic
Redbull Jr
roadster shop rampage camaro is the best for this race
I drive this car in real life and it's a weapon!
I use a rally car for this race cause they have more horsepower!
Alpha 155 with a turbo simple
I wonder what would happen if a Tesla was used for this race .... would it be any good or would it just completely suck?
Electric cars tend to have a relatively low top speed compared to petrol cars, so it might not be the best option for this particular race.
Once it runs out of energy you have a one hour pit stop to charge. Actually I used the all electric Porsche in this race and it ran out of juice shortly after the first lap.
Like deployed 👍
Really wish we could turn rain off in this game lol. Cool car and cool livery. 😎
Rain makes it fun AF!
@@KeenEyeVP ya I like it some of the time. It just seems like it’s every other race in this game, at least once you get to the “endgame.”
@@jakerubino3233- ya that too. All these races the tyre wear is waaaay too fast. Sometimes with medium tyres you’re already showing red before you finish your out lap. And Softs are just straight up unusable. It’s ridiculous!
@@jakerubino3233 custom race is your friend. But it gives you very little prize money.
